I really enjoy Hardees food. Excellent flavor. Staff here are great. Friendly. Never had a wrong order.
Biscuits are amazing. However ordered 2 orders of steak biscuits got only one. Happens
Hardee's, by far, has the slowest drive-thru of all fast food restaurants and the food is overpriced. I went there today purely out of necessity. The sandwich was just okay but wasn't even hot! How can you take long and then the food is lukewarm?
There has been a couple times I've gone to this location in a bad mood, but there polite and welcoming personality altered it every time. You can't pay for good service like that
Food was hot and fresh only reason its not 5 star is because no one was in front of me and I still had to pull up and wait for food.
No inside dining sometimes is closed and no sign saying when it's closed. So i won't park and then still have to drive around drive thru. Everything else is good. I recommend #6 without cheese combo.
Food and service at this location has been on a steady decline for the last few months.
My last experience with Hardee's wasn't good. It was the middle of the afternoon and their door was locked. I knocked on the glass and someone came to the door and said that the dining room was closed because they only had two people working. The drive through was open, but I had walked there from the chiropractor's office across the parking lot. I use a walker and have COPD. I wasn't happy.The five stars were from a previous visit.
It seems that the ONLY burgers left in the fast food industry that has consistently maintained it's delicious excellence are those which I first discovered over 30 years ago at Carl Jr.'s. The Super Star and the Famous Star at Hardee's LOOK like the burgers on their menus and ads (unlike the emaciated counterparts from the Arches and the "King"), and TASTE like bites of heaven!
Went there numerous times and never open. Finally someone was there, but door was locked. When I called, extremely rude individual who says he is the manager tells me only drive thru is open. I asked him regarding the sign that says they are open until 10. He hung up on me. As a native of Sandy Springs, I have gone to this Hardee's since it opened. Not any more! There are too many places wanting my business. Not this place. And the corporate office is aware I am leaving this message as I have stated so numerous times on their voice-mail. No one ever calls you back. So the rude service goes to the top of the chain with Hardees. A 1 star rating is far too generous. However that is the lowest I was able to post.
