Yesterday, I placed a to-go order for a large pepperoni and extra cheese pizza. When I got there, I checked my pizza to make sure it was cheesy. It was, but what really made the process great was the staff member who made sure I was satisfied with my pizza before I left. The customer service was a 10/10 and my pizza was delicious.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with ordering anything online for delivery. I’ve been waiting for my pizza for and hour and a half and been on hold for 20 minutes on the phone. When they finally answered the man was slurring and sounding out of his senses. When I asked for the manager he said he was the manager. After an hour and a half of waiting the “manager” says the the pizza is on the way. I’m still currently waiting on this pizza. I’m expecting it to be cold and probably not even have the correct order. Never ordering from here again.

I have been to a lot of dominos but this one is ONLY AND I MEAN ONLY GOOD WHEN PRINSE IS WORKING. I see how hard she goes when they are swamped. Yes I live nearby and I have learned when they say it's going to be a min for delivery I'll just walk over and grab my pizza. Most ppl commenting need to just get up and go get ya stuff. Because if u never been in here when they have one driver u will never understand why ur stuff comes to u 3 hrs later. Give these ppl a break and come pick up ur food especially if u have a car or in walking distance. Again thanks prinse my food always great

I ordered a Large Pizza at 10:49 PM and my order status showed ready for pickup at 11:15 PM. I went inside the store and asked for my Pizza and the store lady was yelling at me and searching the whole place and asking me if I see a pizza on the shelf. I said No, I don’t see any. She replied saying when you don’t see a pizza in the shelf, why are you asking me. And immediately she rushed to the counter and started issuing a refund. I was shocked with her behavior. If she is the only one available in the store, she could have told me the same and I would have waited but she instead kept on yelling and using foul language turning back side. Thanks to Dominos and thanks to that Lady.

I ordered 2 pizzas and some wings at 6:07pm. I tracked the order and it was progressing pretty well. It got to the point where it said it was being quality checked at 6:22pm and was stuck on that step until it said it was being delivered at 6:57pm. 2 minutes away, then 1 minute away, then Delivered! The only problem is it was not delivered. I called the store and the young woman who answered the phone put me on hold for a while and then asked if my food had gotten delivered. I told her it had not. She talked to the driver who said he was on his way now. I asked if the food was going to be cold and she said she didn't know because she's in the store. I asked if the food had been with the driver the whole time and she put me on hold again and then hung up. There was a knock at the door at 7:57pm. There was the driver. I asked him where he had been. No response. I said it showed that it had been delivered an hour earlier. He said, "I don't know why they lied and told you that." I asked if the food had been with him the whole time and he shook his head no. I asked if it was cold and he said, "I don't know, I don't touch the food." Of course, it was cold and I didn't get my dipping cups. To make a long story short, I would strongly recommend against ordering delivery from this Dominos. It doesn't seem like customer service is a priority at all.

Placed order Sat. around 10pm. Paid over phone + tip. Called back after an hr passed. Was put on hold. Never got delivery. The 3rd party that took the order should have known the store was swamped with deliveries and explained.

I ordered and when the driver arrived he failed to call the gate code. Instead he called me saying he was downstairs. To add to it he texts me and says he’s leaving in five minutes. Not giving us sufficient time to come down to get our order. Worst customer service.

This place sucks!! I have order 3 times and all have been 40min plus waiting time. One of those I waited 1hour and 30min ,another one was 50min and today was 60min. Pizza of course is always cold. Order somewhere else!!+!

I wish I could give them zero stars! I placed an order and was told it would be delivered in 15 mins as the location was 5 mins away from my hotel. After 30 mins passed we called back and were told that our order was out for delivery and be to us in a few minutes . After an additional 40 mins we called back to cancel the order. We the. Found out the order had never left the store. I asked to speak to the manager and she was beyond rude! I explained my frustrations and she said “well what do you want me to do about it.” I told her she should be able to provide the solution as that is apart of being a manager. She explained she had other customers with complaints and that she’s not in the associates head who lied. So she’s unable to do anything. I told her it makes sense why the service I received was terrible because as the manager she’s providing unacceptable service. She then said she wasn’t about to go back and forth and HUNG UP in my face. I will be calling corporate Monday morning because this is ridiculous!*****UpdateThis morning we woke up to a pizza outside of our hotel door. No label of any sort! We didn’t get to our room until 10 pm last night so it had to be delivered between 10pm and 1am. Again, we placed the order at 4pm and asked to cancel at 5:30 pm. I was told it would be and that we would receive a refund. The fact that the rude manager (who hung up on us) thought we’d want anything from her or that location after that is laughable and disgusting! I’ll be calling corporate first thing tomorrow.
