Just left the drive thru and went back to work. Ordered the Cobb salad. They forgot the eggs which is what I was looking forward to the most. Called the store several times. The phones don’t work. Also ordered a large sweet tea. It had no ice. Which would’ve been fine if it weren’t already watered down. Room temperature watered down sweet tea. Yuck! Bad experience to say the least and really sucks because I can’t get in contact with anyone or have the time to drive back to say my order was messed up and get it remedied. :(

I only thought the Lindbergh Chick-fil-A was the worst Chick-fil-A in Atlanta. This one isn in a close race with it. I’ve been told it’s some kind of training Chick-fil-A or something, but the hours are terrible, it’s extremely slow. They prioritize The drive-through over carry out. It doesn’t matter how long the drive-through line is carrying out even if you push your order in before you arrive is still slower.

PLEASE READ to save yourself time: Do not ever come to this CFA location. Even by fast food establishment standards, this place is truly pathetic.First of all, I don’t think they like money very much because it periodically/sporadically closes (for prolonged periods of time), and even when they’re “open,” the posted hours on their GMB profile can’t be trusted. It’s literally a gamble whether or not you’ll show up to a ghost town.Second, I’ve had orders filled incorrectly more than once, but this most recent one took the proverbial cake. I was disappointed when I noticed the ranch in my order was missing so I couldn’t dip my fries. Darn. But wait! Alas, there was in fact nary a fry in sight. Two whole fry orders missing from my bag.I don’t want to be the person who holds up an already excruciating drive-thru line checking to make sure I received everything I paid for. However, this place is too incompetent to handle the most basic function of a fast food restaurant, i.e., providing food fast. Or providing food at all, really, in this case.I even tried calling to speak to a team member about what happened when I got home. No answer.Fine. No more business from me - ever.

Service is always bare minimum. The orders are always getting mixed up. The management team needs to hold their team accountable. They close everyday at different time frames. The orders are always incorrect and they have issues when you have to red flag and customize an order.

I used to come to this location years ago while attending school. It was my favorite place. I moved out here 2021 and this location has gotten worse by the day. I wanted large fries and ice cream, but their ice cream machine was down so they claimed. I go in my bag and the fries are half full!!! I am definitely over this location. This is definitely not the first time. I just never complained. But I am truly tired of this place. If I need some that bad, I will go to Perimeter Mall. Sad how you all close early now and can’t even give good service and food for the short time that you are open.

I literally never post reciews but couldn’t help it on this one. I ordered a chicken club with no lettuce and no tomato. It came with lettuce and tomato. The chicken is dry and falling apart, the fries are COLD and they didn’t give me any of the Roasted BBQ sauce I asked for. Also, if you can’t dine in, you’d think drive thru would be a little faster? There were SIX employees at the window and everything was still messed up. Ugh $11 WASTED

What has happened to this location? This location makes me sad. I don't go to CFA often, but when I do it's my "treat to self". On my last two visits I was very disappointed. The food was room temperature and the service was NOT to CFA standard. This really makes me sad. I will have to find a new location, because if I wanted mediocre food and bad mediocre customer service I would not come to CFA. This location is NOT to the CFA standard.

Worst chik fil a service ever. I drive a 24" truck can't get in the drivethru. Tried to order with an drivethru attendee. (Which I have done in the past) (not this location). Attendee took longer to get a manager and explain why they couldn't take my order in the the drivethru. With the time they took to do all this BS. They could've taken my order and made it. Disgrace. Never will go back to this location.

Mobile orders now are through the drive through only. What the app doesn’t tell you is that they will only start processing your order once you arrive in the drive through line and check in. Then you have to wait another however long, my case an extra 45 minutes, after I placed the order, to actually receive it. This is highly disappointing. The reason to do a mobile order ahead of time, it to be able to come and immediately pick it up. Not wait extra time to receive this order. Will not come to this location again due to their lack of specifications on their processes in the app. Highly disappointed. To add insult to injury, over a dozen cars received their order prior to mine after going around the drive through.

The speed of service that cfa normally has is not practiced at this location. The drive-thru, window, and food coming out is all extremely slow. Being in the drive-thru for 30 minutes is simply unacceptable.
