Third time I've been to this location. First 2 were online orders that they for got the fries on 2 meals each time and would not fix it. This time in store (I thought it might be better) they charged me for two combo's when I didn't get the meals, just sandwiches. When I asked about it, they didn't know how to ring up just the sandwiches. Worst service in Sandy Springs.
What an amazing experience we had today with 13 special needs students. The entire staff was so welcoming, kind and compassionate. Each of our meals were brought to the table with a smile. Thank you to the manager, the cashiers and the cook ...it was a fantastic lunch! Thanks again Coach Cushman and Coach Ruben
This place is awesome. I highly recommend trying it out. They use really good cheese and have a toppings bar. 10/10 everything is extremely high quality, and the staff is very friendly.
This is a great burger spot because you can select so many seasonings and toppings from the burger bar. I love that they have some interesting options my husband tried the Carolina burger. I had a turkey burger which was very delicious. There’s so many seasoning options and sauces. Are used to take my son to the Marietta location and this is my first time at Sandy Springs they always deliver a really good burger regardless of where you go. This is a great chain
I came here about a month ago and had an awesome experience. tonight we ordered two burgers and onion rings and won't be back ever again. It's almost like it's not even from the same place. Went from 9/10 to 0/10 quick. Both burgers were hockey pucks and ingredients were missing from EVERYTHING. I would check the cook who was working here on 1/13/2022 at 5-6pm. Absolutely horrible.
Lazy, lazy, lazy. 3 guys working and claiming they’re short staffed so close the doors at 7pm when the business is open till 10pm. We barely got in. Customers being turned away. Not sure why 3 people behind the counter constitutes being short staffed. Meanwhile, the mother of one of the employees is guarding the door to keep it locked and packing up the lettuce for her own meal!!!! I feel sorry for the owner of this establishment.
A Solid burger! I enjoyed my smokehouse burger and the fries were awesome. However, my only grip is that I didn't like the open condiments bar during flu/covid season. I can see how it would great before the pandemic though. They were very clean and people were pretty spread out throughout restaurant.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. First, my food is cold, my fries are inedible due to the saltiness and stuck together, there were items missing which I paid for and to top it off I ordered an impossible burger but I received a regular cheeseburger w/cheese. I don't even eat meat!!!! It's as if the kitchen didn't even read the ticket....smh. Now I have to figure out what else I can eat tonight. I am so angry right now!
This is not a reflection of this location, but rather the changes the company made to their menu is recent years. I used to rate Bobby's 5 stars but they switched from 1/4 patties to smaller patties that are always dry and overcooked. The fries were also changed a few years back for the worse. It pains me drop my rating to 2 stars. The values not there anymore with their burgers.
Our crew was headed to Chick-fil-A when I noticed cheeseburger Bobby's signed in the same parking lot. And I said to my crew "man! I bet Bobby makes some good cheeseburgers, as we headed to the Chick-fil-A. We were at the same job the next day and I suggested that we try Bobby's out. I just had to find out if Bobby was the cheeseburger man. And man was he! Absolutely delicious with a order of fries and some peach iced tea, and also you can't forget the custard Sunday with Heath bar crumbled in it! Loved it. So we went back the very next day LOL and tried some more things. They have a bar with all the condiments and Burger trimmings that you could possibly want also like 10 different seasonings for your fries! Bobby is the man!
