They refuse to answer the phone i called may 12, 2022 at 2:15. I been calling none stop to fix my schedule pick up time and they refuse to answer the phone. I called over 8 times.
This place always is so rude and never answers the phone for an order. They take almost an hour for a simple order of 10 wings and does not taste good at all. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this is an awful place to go. If you say “to go” it needs to actually be quick and actually “to go”. Never coming back and I suggest you guys never go.
On 4/1/2022 , I placed an online to go order not knowing that delivery wasn't offered. So I called immediately to cancel the order because of that. I was told a refund will be set into place and that the order was canceled. It is now 4/7/2022 and still no refund credited to my account. I've called on numerous occasions and nothing. My next step will be to report this restaurant to the better business bureau for this is beyond unprofessional and pure robbery.
The worker Ash was so wonderful! He was so kind and so caring even though they were absolutely slammed! thank you for being wonderful
The customer service was very poor! I ordered my food online to prevent a long wait. This was a fail because I ended up waiting 20 - 25 minutes past my estimated pickup time. I entered the establishment with no greeting by the young lady working the front and watched her be more attentive to her cellphone. There was vulgar music being played in the kitchen that echoed through the dining area. The likelihood of me returning is very slim. The wait for my online order coupled with the lack of professionalism are definite deal breakers.

After assuming an order was not mine by a staff member, my order was given to the wrong customer (the locker system wasn’t utilized). I observed the customer and his spouse then open the boxes of wings and touch the wings. The customer then brought the order back and told the same staff member that they didn’t received the correct order and that they had touched the wings. The staff member took the bag/order and looked at the order receipt for the name. The order was actually mine. The staff member proceeded to try to give me the same order that the wrong customers opened and touched. This is an unacceptable at any restaurant. My question is how many times has this happened at this location. If I wasn’t there or not paying any attention I would’ve received food that was touched by other customers. The staff seemed really unbothered by this, which is an big issue too.

Just saw this wing place and decided to try it. The customer service is non existent. The guy was on the phone having a personal conversation and continued to ignore me. I waited a while before being acknowledged and being able to place my order. Got my order of fries and boneless wings. The fry box felt very light weight and was half full. They did not give any silverware for a take out order,so they expect someone to eat messy, boneless wings with their bare hands? I use a fork and knife. When i picked up my order,was told it was around the corner in a cubby. This is left out so anyone can grab it or mess with the food. The sauce on the wings were blah. Honestly,i would not come back here. There are much better wing places.
Terrible customer service. Made an online order and the app had a glitch making my order pickup instead of delivery so I had to order through grubhub instead. I was still charged by the store but told i could get a refund because the food had not been prepared yet & thats when i was advised to order through grubhub instead. When called about my refund request the manager Shaniqua had the worst attitude ever. Was extremely rude and refused to give me my money back because "the app worked fine for her". So I paid for two meals for no reason and just got one. If i knew they would refuse to give me my money back I would have given it to someone who needed it or not have ordered a second one via grubhub. People work hard for their money and it is unfair to treat them a way just because you feel like it. The workers even told her my first order was cancelled and never prepared but she refused to give a refund. As a long going BWW customer I probably won't return, definitely not to this location. With that type of customer service they should go out of business.Was going to have them cater a few events I had for the end of this year and next year, but I will gladly spend my money elsewhere now.
