Chicken fingers dried out, traditional wings over priced and not that tasty. Been there twice both times not impressed with quality.
Ordered a salad, got home and before even opening it i see three flies trapped inside the container. Before writing this review I also saw another woman in the reviews complaining about a roach on her food! This is the most disgusting thing I have seen from a fast food restaurant. This place needs to be closed down!
I took my son to lunch yesterday to the Woodstock rd location in Roswell. I brought the tray back to our table and my son opened his box containing fries and a chicken sandwich and out comes from under the fries a COCKROACH!!!!! I grabbed the box showed it to the manager and he said nothing. He took the box and I was expecting an apology? He gives me another lunch and smiles. I said arent you going to say anything about this and he said nothing and continued filling orders.I'm going to contact the health department about this. I also sent an email to Zaxbys corporation but no response.DON'T EAT AT THAT DUMP UNLESS YOU WANT TO EAT INFESTED FOOD!!!
I hate to leave negative reviews and rarely do especially when it comes to fast food, however I just left this Zaxby's (5-9-2022 @ 12:40pm) and the two women running the drive thru were pretty rude. First, I was interrupted with the price of my order before completing it and when I went to get my food I asked if there was buffalo sauce and ranch in the bag (since I was interrupted) then asked if I could get some ketchup and she rolled her eyes at me as she turned to get the ketchup. They were acting like there were a million people sitting in the drive thru (like Chick-fil-a) but I was literally the only person LOL. **Side note - I've always had great customer service with every Zaxbys I've been to. The ladies did get my sauces correctly just need to fix their attitude.
Food was cold and service slow. This is not normal for this location.
The spicy fried mushrooms are great!

The most ridiculous customer service I’ve ever experienced. They got my order wrong – really wrong - and the manager said the drive-through person was confused about my order. When I asked her why the drive-through person didn’t clarify my order she said “I don’t know maybe you should ask him.”The order wasn’t that difficult it was for the new signature sandwich not spicy. How do not understand that order??
I found a plastic piece in my food and it could have been a chocking hazard.
Average at best. Again no requested sauces
