The food and overall service exceeded me and my lady's expectations. The special sauce that Smokey served to me was superb. My lady REALLY loved the gumbo, and she is very picky about her gumbos. A definite recommend to dine at!

I waffled between 4 and 5 stars but settled on 5. Worth going a bit out of your way for, especially for drink specials. The Good:Tasty drinks, of which there is an average selection. There are actually a lot of specials when I checked on a Wednesday night which made me want to come back and try them. The seafood Gumbo was very tasty and was about an average portion for $12, although it seemed to have a lot of black beans in the soup base which was still good just unexpected. The crowd here is definitely older but *very* interesting. Could come here just to people watch! Pretty okay parking options for downtown Roswell. The Meh:It is an unexpectedly small restaurant despite the building size. They seem to only use half the building, not sure what the other half is for.The Bad:None!

I'll start my review by saying that we never got to actually order food - but we were super excited and wanted to.I had heard about this newer Louisiana style restaurant and my husband and I were SO excited to be able to try it out. This past Alive at 5 we made the walk down Canton Street with our 8 month old daughter and walked in to get a table. There were many, many empty tables still and maybe only two or three groups seated outside. We asked to be seated outside and were seated quickly. After that moment, we were completely ignored. We sat there, picked out what we wanted to order and waited....and waited...and waited...no one stopped by to say, "sorry, be right with you!" or offer us waters or anything. With a young baby, every minute that passes feels like forever. We saw a server come out and literally serve the outside tables beside ours, but once again - they never acknowledged us. It felt pretty crummy as we were REALLY looking forward to it. After about 15-20 minutes of sitting in the hot weather with our infant, we just stood up and left disappointed. I understand if there was a staffing issue - but the real problem was the lack of being acknowledged or not being served even waters in the hot weather. We walked over to Standard, which was absolutely slammed, and were seated and served food within 15 minutes of arriving.

I just got home from walking my dog and had to share my experience with the staff at this wonderful neighborhood spot. I hadn't been to Wegman's since it changed names, but I will definitely make it part of my regular rotation now. It was pretty late, not to mention hot and humid, so no one was still on the patio. I walked through to let my dog have a drink from the water bowl and cool off in front of the fans. One of their staff, Solomon, came over and quickly refilled the bowl with fresh water and PELLET ICE! And who doesn't love pellet ice?! Then another staff member (so sorry, I didn't get her name) came out and brought ME a cup of water - also with PELLET ICE! And who doesn't love PELLET ICE?! And I'm just out walking my dog. This friendliness is precisely what makes Roswell so special. So in a nutshell...1. Beautiful location inside and out. The courtyard/patio is gorgeous and the plentiful fans made the heat tolerable.2. Friendly, welcoming staff3. One of the few restaurants open on Monday4. Dog friendly5. Amazing menu... and Pellet ice!

Really good spot for the classic NOLA stuff. Even the oysters are legit. The price is a bit steep, but the atmosphere makes it worth the splurge. I usually get the blackened shrimp poboy.

If you are ever looking for amazing Cajun food there is no where else I would consider then Wegman's. I have been coming here for years (when it was under the name Adele's) and nothing changed when it comes to the new name. It's the same owner running the place and making some of the most delicious food ever. Solomon was my server and he never missed a beat. He was continuosly checking in on me and my dog. Had knowledge of the entire menu and had perfect recommendations. I ended up going with the Pattons hot sausage sandwich, with a side of Beignets, and Abita Andy Gator. This was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. It's been sometime since I last stopped in and I assure you I will not make that mistake again.

Really enjoyed this spot! This is where we met for book club last night and enjoyed some cocktails and dinner while discussing our book. The red beans and rice were flavorful and the crab cake was 99% crab which is how it should be! :) Blackened chicken po boy, wedge salad and crawfish etouffee were also ordered by the group and no complaints! Service was great and nice bar selection. Looking forward to another meal here!

Great tasting food and quality service. Would definitely come visit again!

I think I love this place. Brunch menu was fantastic! Beautiful building inside and out, plenty of room and what really makes it special for me is it’s dog friendly. The whole ambiance was really great. Would have liked a little more attention from our waiter but it was brunch time and busy. Can’t wait to return and try their lunch and dinner menus.

Loved this place before and love it even more now. The new menu covers it all, love the fact that now there are so any different Po boy's. You can even mix and match them like I did half soft shell and half oysters. The Po boy was perfectly breaded and cooked. The bread is spot on, in fact in my opinion if you don't get this right the entire sandwich fails. The seafood gumbo was was delicious. A tad bit too salty but had great flavors. Girlfriend Breakfast sandwich and took it down!Atmosphere is laid back but fun. Not a lot of tables inside and out so call ahead as the place gets packed especially on the weekends.Service was with a smile and consistent.Plenty of parking in front and back of restaurant.Would I go here again? YES!!!
