Very fresh. Would recommend the salmon. They put too much rice into each roll - @management would recommend reducing the rice per roll by 25% to get a good ratio
I’ve really enjoyed my experiences here. My spouse and I have gone to dinner twice, and both times we had the made to order all you can eat sushi menu. Everything was fresh, delicious, and fast to the table. All of the staff that we interacted with were great. I would recommend!
While most buffet places will leave a bad taste in your mouth, this one delivers in a way that is fresh and wonderful. You get a full menu of easy to mix and match items with portions that seem sensible and easy to get just a little bit more. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality and quantity. Highly recommend.
Wow, this price with this quality?! You have to say yes!!!! Omg it was so great! Little slow to waiter to come to my table, but still food was great!!!!! I went Saturday lunch and it was $16.95
Can an AYCE place offer excellent Made-to-order sushi? Yes. Yes it can. Maki, Nigiri, and Temaki are all options, and I didn’t find anything I didn't like. They also offer various appetizers, cold salads, soups, and teppanyaki if that’s more your speed. Now, if you are expecting sushi to rival the meal you had "that one time I visited Kyoto" or "Omakase from Morimoto's place", you're being dumb. But I will say that here in the US, I've had many sushi meals where I spent FAR more money and ended up with mediocre fare. I've been here multiple times, and have never left unhappy.
I was here before the plandemic and decided to return to give this place a try for lunch as an all you can eat buffet. Let's just say I am not disappointed. Yes I don't get to go around a bar and pick out what I want but I prefer this. They give you a paper with all options they have... side note.. if you're not a sushi person they have hibachi items and other appetizers... you order what you want from soup,, salad, appetizer, food and rolls and they make your food to order. I was skeptical of the quality and portions but I was wrong to be. Everything I received was fresh and full size rolls filled with my selections and not over-riced. Definitely will be back.

My 4-year-old daughter paid $10 for some fries that I ordered but since she was eating they charged me as if it was her plate. Likewise, nothing happy with the restaurant. IM not coming back anymore.
After covid it's no longer a buffet. It's still all you can eat and made to order. It's fresher being made to order, but is a much slower process and you can't see visually what you are ordering. They should add pictures to sell the sushi more.Sushi was great. The hibachi steak was crazy dry. We paid $48 for 2 people at lunch that's with tip.It was good just a slower process. I miss being able to walk in and immediately have food.
