First timer….Being a Foodie this is Another new HAPPY PLACE for me!!! While picking up an order for someone and mentioning my first time here, I was given a takeout menu from Drake! Having a Customer Service Background of 20 years as a Cosmetologist including once working for Starbucks part-time and Panera Bread as an Associate Trainer after scoring 100% from a Secret Shopper to say the least… I am very BIG on that! Drake was one of the most endearing people I ever met!!!! I came in today to try out this place and Drake was once again working and helped me pick out the 2 amazing items! OMG… I can’t believe this place exist!Thank you so much Drake for a Great New Experience!!!
I have been using the Tin Drum app to pre-order for some business lunches and I love it. I can order in the morning, set a time for pick up or delivery and the Roswell location has been amazing in their accuracy, delicious food and on-time service. On the app you can specify heat level, take out or add ingredients and communicate any special instructions. I will continue to use Tin Drum as my go to restaurant for healthy, great food.
Ordered pick up and it was ready in 10 minutes. Food was delicious and so was the matcha milk tea. The staff was friendly and worked together efficiently. The two guys working seemed like they really cared about their job, which is always nice to see!
I must say I was very impressed with this place. I’ve gone to other locations and felt the food was too greasy. I’ve frequented this location twice this month and was surprisingly pleased. I had the Shrimp Pad Thai that was well seasoned. The nice gentlemen at the front suggested the Bangkok Chicken Curry which I loved! The portions are huge! Great price as well!
So Customer service was absolutely amazing shout out to Drake! He was so wonderful! And gave the best recommendations and helpful!!!!! Food delish!!!!
The food and service was spectacular as usual. I got take out and was in and out. The food was still hot after I got home and got settled. Portions were big too. I'm full.
I always order Brown Sugar Pearl Milk, the name of the drink should say it all, but I don't understand whenever I order that drink, I'm always extra charged for boba (it's brown sugar pearl), if I forgot to add boba, so it's just fresh milk with brown sugar (no pearl) That's rediculous!

They just threw our food together, did not cut up my cauliflower and gave it to me in 2 big chunks. There were hardly any noodles in the ramen bowl and it was cold.
