Hadn't been to a taco bell in years. They have jumbo tablet kiosks in the area now where you have to figure out how to enter and make substitutions to your own order as others have to stand around you waiting doe their turn at the kiosk...people looking for a quick lunch in-and-out must pray for experienced patrons otherwise they give up on eating inside and instead hold up the drivethru and have to eat in their cars.Maybe one day, everyone will get used to having to enter their own food orders and it'll be faster and smoother... but there was no one in sight to ask if they could take my order since I had questions... likeIs there a Baja beef chalupa still or is this bland Supreme or chicken my only option? It's like we've gone back to the days when those coin-operated lunch places would make food behind a wall and you'd open the tiny box and piece your meal as the first vending machines.I'm not sure this feels like progress, but in a time when we don't pay our workers a living wage, I guess we all have to make sacrifices. Maybe taco bell should invest in their people over cutting out their customer facing teams? I dunno.Food was ... meh. Not bad, but certainly not good either. I've had my fill for another 10 years. Maybe I'll go back and see if roombas are taking orders by then.
TACO BELL TRIFLINGI got into the drive line seeing that is was long knew it would be awhile. I got there at 10:30 it says they close at 1 by the time I got to try and place my order it was 11:20 . Very conveniently there systems were “down” and could only do Door dash orders. And I asked if I could just get some waters he said okay pull around the person in front of me got something and I pulled up just to get waters and the worker looked at me in my car and then walked away and didn’t come back at that point I just gave up. But there was still a line wrapping around Taco Bell like when I first pulled up. If they were having issues shouldn’t they tell the people waiting in line for like an hour instead of making people disappointed. Also They definitely when they said there screens weren’t working cause this is the first Taco Bell I’ve been to that likes to try and close 3 hours early
Just paid extra for toppings on all items, paid for avocado ranch, paid for a drink and none delivered. While I went to the restaurant to wait for a remake called the store to see why they never answer. They literally laughed while the phone was ringing with no one in the drive thru or in line. Some say its because it's fast food but why do all other places answer instead of laughing at th3 phone.
And this is why I don't eat at Taco Bell. Second bite into my first quesadilla slice and I bite into a bone. Not even a small one. I was lucky not to choke or break a tooth on 'lunch'. The quality control of this store needs some serious work.
Great experience here . Fast, efficient and got my order right, which is hard because of all the extras I ask for! Usually the drive through line is long, but last night it was short and the guys took care of my professionally and with speed, efficiency and accuracy. Great job!
What Happened? This location used to be amazing. Fast service and friendly staff. It was a impressive. In the last month it’s stopped. It takes 10+ minutes to get through the drive through. New management?
According to the Taco Bell website, the drive through at this location was supposed to be open until 1am on the night that I visited. Arrived less than ten minutes after midnight, and it was closed with the lights off. I can only guess that they closed everything at 10pm when the closed the dining room, but that’s purely a guess. I’d correct the hours, but I have no way of knowing what they might be.
They are usually pretty fast in drive thru. Food is prepared very nicely. Though my only issue is they never remember any sauces. Even if you ask for 9, there will still be 0 in the bag.
Ordered 2 chicken queseritos online, payed full price. I show up to pick them up and they inform me "we're out of sour cream and Chipotle sauce" and was not compensated for paying full price for chicken queserito's with sour cream and Chipotle sauce. Unacceptable. Won't be going here again. Note: I was the only order they had in the store. There was no one else in the drive through, so you can't say it was because it was busy. If I had to guess what happened, they were too lazy to put the Chipotle and sour cream on and just gave me a quesadilla. Also ordered 5 Diablo sauce packets in my order and got 2
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME @ THIS TACO BELL..ATTITUDE CAHSIER & FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!. GAVE ME 1 NAPKIN IN THE BAG & DID NOT GIVE ME ANY SAUCES..STAY AWAY PEOPLE.. actually called my order by completely different name when I was the only person in the dining area. I had to ask him like 2 different times if this order was mine!..GET A LIFE DUDE!!!
