I went on Tuesday, the last Tuesday of July where they were running their special offer “50% off cold drinks” and I got Two sandwiches and a Refresher Venti sized. I asked the lady taking my order, “ do I have to click something on my app in order to take advantage of that discount” , she says “ no I do it here when you come to the window as long as you have the app and I can scan” so I pull around and they take my card and swipe it, and the guy hands me my receipt and I see I was charged Full price for my Refresher. So I ask the lady, hey didn’t you say you would do the discount once you scanned the app, she looked frustrated and said they didn’t hit the button that applied the discount and didn’t even apologize and said and I quote “ sorry there’s nothing I can do now” and walked away. Like not even oh my let’s see if I can fix it, or here’s a cake pop or something, it was very unprofessional and rude, and I was trying to stay informed on how I needed to get this discount and even after trying I couldn’t get it. Am I crying over 4 dollars? No, but don’t a customer that yeah just give us your app barcode and it’ll apply itself, if that’s not the truth.
Can’t seem to get the order right even though you repeated it back to me? I even said something and they told me that’s what I asked for.
24.00 later to be treated as if we were stealing there coffee cups. My son-in-law picked out 2 cups one thermos and one small glass and had them sitting on the table we were waiting on the photographer to get there because that’s where the photographer wanted to meet. Joy which was the store manager at the time tells us to put them back on the rack if we were not buying them we were and then I tell her that we were not stealing them so we got up and we left and we wanted to know her name so we walked right back in all three of the women were standing over by the cups counting them to see if we had stolen any. REALLY!!!

This Starbucks changes from temporarily closed to open regularly. It isn’t a reliable location to count on since you don’t know if it will be open or not.
Had a mixup with Uber eats, this location was super sweet about it and very helpful.
I come here frequently to pick up a meal on my way to school. And, honestly both Rachel and Joy are wonderful baristas. My drinks get made a tad bit wrong at times, but the food is always delicious and line always move fast in drive thru. The drive thru is super easy to enter and leave.
Drink was so big that the cashier put it in an extra cup instead of throwing the extra out. Paid 9.43$ for the drink. Really did appreciate her doing that.

Worst Starbucks store in the state of Georgia. I go here everyday and the customer service has been abysmal since September. The manager has been rude on occasion as well. I 100% believe the manager is behind this indoor dining ban. He will be on his computer in the lobby but nobody else can sit down. As of yesterday this location retroactively banned indoor dining on their own. I can drive a half mile in either direction and eat indoors at Starbucks.This location wants the music cranked up inside so they can do whatever they want. It’s absolutely wild. I don’t understand and neither does Starbucks corporate.
