Had a mobile order for an iced matcha with oatmilk. The initial sip tasted off but I thought it was maybe because of the pumps. After drinking a 1/4 of my venti I have been to the bathroom 4 times. I’m convinced it’s regular milk. I’m vegetarian and haven’t drank regular milk in about 8 years. You can see where I’m going with this… but not ok.Waste of drink , my money and time being spent in the bathroom

Scored the luckiest pit stop here today. While in dire need of coffee and a little sun tired, Bolton greeted us with the brightest and warmest of welcomes. As we stumbled our way through ordering, Bolton met us with abundant patience. Didn’t know what I wanted, so I asked for Bolton’s favorite (pictured, it’s delicious!) The experience was refreshing before we even purchased our refreshments, rejuvenating my love for Starbucks employees everywhere. Thank you for your hard work and service ??

Was very unsatisfactory, I ordered dragon drink, the guy didn’t understand because he did very fast my order, when I got thru the window to get my drink I said This is not what I ordered, he is very rude with me, his name is Andrew, I think he need to put more attention, i buy the same thing every single day !
Since when do they NOT put any caramel inside the frap cup??? I ordered triple caramel& she pumped it into the coffee! Not what I asked for! Not what I wanted! I'm not happy& have to go to work!

I visited this Starbucks on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy. Drive through only available and a line of cars stretched to the street, however, the line moved quickly and my order was perfect. From the window I could see 5 or 6 staff inside working to fill orders. The server was chatty and friendly. It was a good experience!
Placed a mobile order and they closed the lobby but I wasn’t informed until I arrived. The drive thru line was around the building per usual and I couldn’t get anyone to run it out to me or anything. In turn this made me late for work.
