This is to the management not the workers, if you cannot properly staff the place to give the right customer service, shut the doors. I prefer to put my own cream and sugar in my coffee, not a half done. Your staff is doing anything but customer service. They’re scrambling. I’m not coming back to the Starbucks or any other one.
Ordered Caramel Macchiato and it came with no flavor at all. More of like sweet hot water. I told the waitress it’s not good and she was like “I don’t know”. I had to ask twice for them to make new one, which again tasted kind of similar only. I assume they don’t know how to make one !!
Great customer service!! I mistakenly entered my mobile order at a different location, but the barista gave me my drink with no questions asked and no charge. Thank you for going above and beyond, Roswell Marketplace Starbucks staff! :)
This was my first visit. Very welcoming and the service was fast.
They gave me a coffee that was not exactly what I asked for and the wrong size. I think that when they see the store full, they do not pay attention to customers and do not give quality.
this is literally the best starbucks!! i drive past like 10 starbucks to order at this location even though they don't have drive/thru because they always make my drink correctly and they make an effort to know each customer. excellent service fr fr ?
I am wondering why they closed severs of their locations. And their service level dropped down tremendously.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to even though it is not the closet to me. Since quarantine I enjoy making the trip for my pumpkin cold brew.
