Excellent food and cool place.I’ve had food catered from here but tonight was my first time in the restaurant. It wasn’t very busy and the people working there were super chill. It’s a cool combo of solid BBQ fare plus technology like electronic menu and Apple Pay.The brisket was divine and the servings were generous. The sides were okay and I’m still mentally debating the banana pudding. I will definitely go back to try more things including breakfast.
Legendary barbecue for a reason. The meats are smoked on site to a juicy, tender smokiness. The barbecue sauce #3 is divine. Truly some of the best ribs we ever had. Baked beans were sublime tangy-sweetness. The corn souffle was like a super light cornbread with corn nuggets embedded. Okra, Cole slaw, French fries do not disappoint. It's been a long time sense I have stopped at this place. I was driving by the other day and I just had to stop. That amazing smell was pulling me in . This has to be the best bbq I have had in a long time . There pit Master is amazing he cooks with love and it shows. I'm going to make time to come back real soon . The customer service is also top notch. I went when the computer was down and they handled it like pros.
We got the two meet combo plates. One had chicken and brisket, the other was brisket and turkey. The Brunswick stew was terrible ?, the collard greens were good, the chicken very dry and lime leftovers and was terrible. The brisket was good but could have used more flavor, and the sauce was mediocre at best. We were very disappointed. My wife said the chicken tastes like wood. But the smoked wings were really good...
I can’t believe I waited so long to come here. Breakfast was generously portions, flavorful and fast. The staff was super friendly. Will definitely be back.
This place is just great. Love the ribs! But as a special treat, these guys serve the best breakfast in town. The breakfast is like a secret, so don't tell anybody ;-)
First time order.Excellent ribs and pulled pork.Brisket was very dry.Side orders were excellent!!Loved the corn souffle and the fried okra.We will be back to this wonderful little restaurant.
I love spiced right a lot. For a BBQ shop there is so much more to it. I have used them frequently for tacos, cinnamon rolls, and breakfast sandwiches as well as just lunch for myself or with co workers. The people are friendly and accommodating and the food is just crazy delicious. Cannot recommend enough. I saw they just added chicken and waffles to their menu...I cannot wait to try that one. Recommend. Recommend. Recommend.
I have to say I’m disappointed. I’m here visiting family from out of town and after reading all the great reviews I decided to give them a try. I ordered a full slab of ribs and they were so dry it was almost like I was eating jerky. Again very disappointed.
