I’ve been to hundreds of restaurants & I must admit I don’t leave nearly as much reviews, however without a shadow of doubt this restaurant merits this review as I stopped by for the first time yesterday with my colleague to grab an early dinner. When you walk in your greeted with an immaculate environment, super clean with a heavenly aroma. Then there’s the mouth watering menu which has many options tailor made for everyone’s taste buds, there’s menu items that are made to order which means there’s a wait but believe me it’s worth every ounce of patience in you, there’s also menu items that takes less time to prep which is the direction my colleague chose & he’s already planning the next visit, enough said (I know this will help someone). I ordered the salmon with a side of mac, collard greens & green beans. Everything was cooked & seasoned to perfection, full of flavor! Such a great staff as well, you can tell there’s a passionate owner involved. You just have to go get the experience for yourself. I won’t be going anywhere else for soul food. Hands down the best Soul Food Restaurant in GA & can definitely be in conversations with the best Soul Food Restaurants in the country. There’s blueberry lemonade! Thank you!
Delicious! I visited during lunch and ordered the lunch special which was priced just right for what you receive. I got the overly delicious macaroni and cheese, the collard greens, and bbq chicken. The cornbread that came with the meal was good as well, and you get a drink with your meal. Customer service was great the women were friendly. This place is perfect for your soul food cravings. I highly recommend.
Great customer service. The best fried shrimp I have had in a long time. I had the honey hot mustard shrimp which was delicious. The greens could have been better but overall food was great and I will be back!
We definitely love this place, we loved the food. Super crispy chicken with good flavor. the macaroni and cheese that was super but super delicious. We love the mashed potatoes and the cornbread. we recommend it 100%

I enjoy their catfish, black-eyed peas, Mac n cheese & yams. But, I must say they're stingy with their cornbread, only a very small MINI muffin and I do mean MINI or even micro. All delicious nevertheless! Staff is friendly enough. I suggest ordering ahead to avoid long wait times.
I just ate here for the first time today. the food is amazing, I have lived in georgia all my life and absolutely love Southern comfort food. and this is absolutely that. everything was perfect. the fish was crispy the cabbage seasoned to perfection and the macaroni and cheese very moist. I will definitely be coming back.
Awesome Southern Food Even for a Vegan! I don’t often write reviews, but I had to write one today. My partner called in for a catering order and asked if they can make the collard greens without meat. She was told that was not possible, so she ordered the cornbread dressing. Then she called back and ordered additional food for herself. When we went to pick up the orders, we were told that they made the collard greens without meat like we originally wanted. I was sooo excited! I could not wait to get home to taste it. Let me say, not only were they excellent, we were eating them out of the container they were soooo good! I haven’t had collard greens this good in years because often, restaurants put meat in them. Not only did Southern Classic go over and beyond with our order, but their customer service was equally excellent. I cannot recommend me them enough! Please go and enjoy real southern cooking!
New to the area, First time visiting. The food was so good. The customer service was great. I will definitely be going back
I originally posted a review earlier this month where I really wanted to give them 5 stars, but couldn't because of some customer service issues and disregard to COVID measures. But after getting them to cater my Christmas dinner (1/2 pan of cornbread dressing, 1/2 pan of baked chicken, and 1/2 pan of collard greens), I have to say they've turned my 3 stars into 5 stars. Also, today I went down and got two plates for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, and had half of the food this evening, which was EXCELLENT! Both the catering and today's meals were AWESOME and made me want even more. I've been singing their praises since the catering for Christmas to whomever I could. I was also pleased to see that most of the staff were wearing masks today, even though a few had them down their chins. But the owner wore hers as well and all of the customers came in either wearing masks or had masks with them. I wish them continued success and want to say that my favorite dishes so far, are the cornbread dressing and yams!!! But everything that I've eaten has been wonderful. Check out the pics.
