My favorite smoothie is the Strawberry Hulk. Sabrina Wilkes made my drink the best! She was professional and an excellent manager. People should come to this location off of Old Alabama for great and fast service. Wilkes is an asset to the franchise.
I got there at 9:01 and instead of closing the door on me the sweet employee Nick took my order and was extremely polite and, very fast not to mention he made a really good smoothie 10/10 experience he deserves a raise
Don't place an order with them on door dash. If you only order one thing, even though you're pregnant and were trying to eat healthy while you were stuck at work, they'll immediately cancel your order.
Saturday afternoon I walk in to some guy mumbling something. The customer behind says they are only taking cash ONLY. Look at previous reviews and can see there is a problem at this store. Not very friendly… they could have suggested ordering online.
There is only one person working. We've been here for at least 20 minutes which is ridiculous, this should be in and out. So many people have left the store because of how long this is taking.
Customer Service was Excellent, fast service! My smoothie was Amazing! Defiantly will visit again!
