Just ordered carry out for the first time. Super bummed. The girl on the phone told me she would put an extra sauce in my bag. Got home and there was no sauce and the sandwich was extremely dry with almost no sauce at all on the meat, kind of defeating the whole purpose of bbq. Otherwise, service was friendly and the quality of everything I ordered was exceptional. Will definitely return.
Smaller potions, bigger prices & cold food.My family and I have eaten at Slopes a lot over the years and the food was always pretty good. We were shocked at the huge increase in price from just a few months ago. I understand inflation but but $6 or $7 more for the same plate of food was a lot but we were still willing to try. New ownership.When they brought out plates they gave my daughter Texas toast and told her I got the last corn bread, sorry. How do you run out of corn bread and not know? It was cold. My husband’s okra was cold and my sides were cold. No excuse for cold fried okra and cold sweet potato fries and room temperature Mac n cheese. They were only moderately busy and seemed to have plenty of staff. When the manager brought my plate back, he said “Is this yours?” And I said yes. He hands it to me and doesn’t even apologize. An apology would have given this review an extra star. The girl who brought us our food and my husband’s fresh okra was nice and smiled at least.I was never thrilled about the decor and I honestly don’t feel the stars and bars should be displayed. It does not matter if it is an old Georgia flag or not, it is offensive and why our state flag was changed more than 20 years ago.Politics have no place in a restaurant..
If you’re from the south and look for good bbq this is the place to go all the food here are good and flavorful. I even had the banana pudding and it’s the best and come with wafers and bananas in it love love this place
Slope's was a great lunch experience! We got there around 11 on a Saturday and were greeted quickly by a very welcoming staff. The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend the brunswick stew with their carolina hot sauce. The pork bbq was well seasoned and came out hot within 10 minutes of ordering. 9/10 will be back.
Awesome BBQ! My husband and I are very regular customers (several times a week) - why? The food is consistently good, the service is wonderful, the restaurant is super clean and we can count on it being a GREAT experience every time we go. Generous servings. We have never been disappointed.
Great Food and Atmosphere. We love the Saturday Night Cheese Biscuits. They are Awesome!!! Friendly Service. I enjoy the Traditional Pulled Pork and Chicken BBQ. We eat there often...Highly Recommend.
Great BBQ place! They use quality meat and not the fatty part like other places. Best brisket I have had in a long time. Very clean and friendly staff.
Oh so bad . I can't describe how we did not enjoy this meal. When we showed up at the house, everyone knew about the place. We ended up getting food at Publix deli counter.
