This place is consistently great, they bring you delicious chips right away. The food is so great, I usually get enchiladas verdes but I finally tried something different, the Salmon bowl and it didn't disappoint. My Husband is an executive chef and appreciates the consistently good food, it's one of his favorite places to eat in Roswell. The place is quite lively and it's central to Roswell so super convenient.
We really enjoy the food here, the definitely are consistently great. My husband is an Executive Chef and this is one of his local favorite places to eat. The atmosphere is always lively. Within minutes of being seated they bring you delicious warm thin crisp chips and salsa with just enough cilantro to please. Sometimes we'll order the guacamole to enjoy with it, which is also great. They have a great variety of choices but one of my favorites is the enchiladas verdes and my husband like the off menu item "Coctel De Camerones" or shrimp cocktail. Another favorite of his is the Chiles Pablanos Rellenos. We really love the consistently great dishes that we get here. I actually just tried something new the last time I was there, the Salmon bowl and it did not disappoint. It has everything you need and it's so satisfying that I couldn't even eat the whole thing. I got to enjoy the left overs the next day. I have even asked them to make an off menu ground beef burrito with verde and white cheese before. For dessert the chocolate chimichanga hits the spot. The staff is always sweet and treat you so great like Carla, Sofia, Alejandra, Pilo and Brian.

My sister and I were recommended this place because of their margaritas and they did not disappoint. We also got the Rojo fajitas for 2 and it was absolutely delicious. We ate until we were content and still had leftovers to take home. The perfect after church spot for me!
Just a heads up, right now they are not putting avocado in any dishes. Only appetizer guacs. The prices are a bit high. $10 for a plate of leafy greens (no avocado). I had the tostones and the manager kindly accommodated to my requests and put guac on them; however, without guac it just wouldn’t be worth $9. My advice to the restaurant is to change the menu details- take off avocado temporarily until they become available. That way customers won’t think they are paying the same price while missing a component. Or temporarily offer a substitute that adds richness like eggs, a nice cheese, pistachios, or yogurt- based sauces.
What a cute place! Great environment. Adorable. Food was very tasty. I had the Caribbean Bowl and a taco. Loved it. I'll definitely be back!
The best Mexican restaurant. Atmosphere is unique. Steak fajitas are so tender and the mango mojitos are to write home about. Everything is good on their menu.The chips are thin and crispy. Perfection. Not the typical Mexican restaurant!! It’s a gem ?!!!
There have been occasions where the quality of the food is excellent and the order is done properly, and Rojo has the potential to be 5 stars. Sadly, on too many of my to-go orders something is wrong or I get home and food is missing. The restaurant needs the ability to order food online, because often times when calling to place a to-go order the phone just rings without anyone answering. Understandably the staff is very busy, but leverage technology to overcome this issue. When dining inside the restaurant, the service is excellent and food quality is consistently very good.

We now frequent this restaurant in Roswell, and I have tried several different dishes on the menu. I’ve always been pleased with everything I’ve gotten, including the Cowboy margarita, and the service is amazing!!
