I went to this “Red Lobster “ with my daughter to have a special dinner. The server and service was prompt and friendly. The food was good and tasty. No real complaints about this location. Thanks for reading my review and a helpful thumbs up would let me know someone else reads these reviews. Have a great Fourth of July ??.

I ordered my food as I always do on the online app for Red lobster at the Holcomb Bridge restaurant. My daughter picked up the food curbside. I opened the bag when she got home and half the food was missing. I called and the guy who answered the phone made me feel like I was not important enough to speak with the manager to discuss my daughter coming back to pick up the 32 oz clam chowder and the appetizer and the container of Walt’s fried shrimp that was missing from the family sized seafood trio I ordered. The manager Shawn was too busy to speak to me. I called back 3 times and never got to speak with him but yet the bartender Molly who answered the last two times was able to ask him questions. But I guess because I was in his face my order was less important. Then to end it all I was told that I could t get my money back or the order that I placed because they didn’t k ow if it was taken out after my daughter picked it up. REALLY. Why would I call to just get fried shrimp which are for my kids and the clam chowder. Ridiculous!!! To top it off my daughter has to take the meal all the way back for them to give us the money back in a gift card. SMH. I am completely disappointed. I hope the owner reads this and sees that his managers are dismissing people. I matter just as much as people standing there. Never again!

I've been going to Red Lobster for over 40 years!! I found them, regardless what State I was visiting, to be consistent in quality and taste......BUT this one in Roswell was a major disappointment!! I ordered Walt's shrimp dish and an order of fried clams strips..... My so called baked potato was steamed and lumpy. The cheddar cheese biscuits were raw in the center, the the clam strips were nearly burnt, tasteless and hard as peanut brittle. It was like eating peanut brittle!! The shrimp was beautifully golden brown but had absolutely no taste! All I could taste was the batter..... I was so disappointed!! The only decent tasting item was my Caesar salad. I would have been better off getting a fish sandwich from McDonald's!! I would like to add that I ordered basically the same order at the Red Lobster located on Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, Georgia a few weeks backNow, that was a very good and tasty meal!!

I love Red Lobster, and I know nowadays it's hard to find workers but you have to know if someone comes in to your restaurant, please. Don't make customers walk around trying to find someone to let you know they're there, please. No excuse for that. Only 3 other tables seated at the time. You're not busy. Food is good.

Entered and was told to wait a few minutes for a table. Worker walked around the (nearly empty) store with sanitizer and wipes. After about 6 minutes, came to us and said it would be a few more minutes waiting. Went to get a drink at the bar and the bartender said there were 2 others in front of me in line (even though they already had drinks in front of them). Very poor way to treat customers - I left and ate elsewhere

Took me 10 minutes to get waited on. Watched 3 different employees walk past me and not even greet me. Restaurant wasn’t too busy at this time but I don’t know if my server was busy at the time I got sat or what. My server was very apologetic that no one had been to me yet. I ordered a cajun chicken pasta and Cesar salad. Salad tasted warm like the lettuce had Been setting out and was wilted. The pasta was delicious though and came out super fast. I asked for a Togo box and was just brought the box and receipt was never offered dessert. I am in the industry and even worked for a red lobster for 8 years I believe in full service from start to finish. Don’t really feel like I got that from this location. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

This was not my best meal. I ask for a well done steak and it was cooked rare. Some of my shrimp was undercooked or not cooked evenly. Biscuits seemed slightly under cooked as well. When I got my steak back it was clearly over cooked.

Excellent lunch special, served hot and as ordered. Servers were awesome and didn't pressure to finish quickly. Will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

Our fist visit 5/5/22 to this location on Holcomb Bridge Rd, Roswell. Party of 4. We arrived at 1:15 pm and the place was empty in the area where we sat to the right directly behind the reception area. We were the only ones there. It took too long to even get water. Once we ordered we specifically told the waitress that we wanted our salad with the food. The Salad, too small, came out about 20 minutes after the biscuits and water. I mentioned that we wanted our salad and food together. The waitress went into an explanation that it would take 20 minutes to prepare the food. Well ok but after we finished the salad and biscuits, it took another whole hour before we got the food. By this time it was 2:45 pm. We ate a few bites and asked for to go bags. We left at 3 pm and in all that time there was only 1 other couple that was seated in our area. So what was the problem!!! If they can't serve 4 people in a timely fashion how can they handle a crowd. I was so turned off by my order, grilled salmon, broccoli & Ceasar salad. The portions were so small that my plate looked empty should have be served on a saucer. The salmon not properly cooked is still in my fridge. Cook salmon should flake and not be hard. I ate one bite. All of us were talking about how disappointed we were. Compared to the Riverdale GA location this place is a JOKE. Won't ever go there again!!!!

So happy to finally visit a Red Lobster and it did not disappoint. Varied menu, mainly fish and sea food but also chicken and steak. Had the massive feast absolutely delicious! Far too much for me so as they do in the US, the wonderful, helpful waitress got it packaged up to take away after. Could not fault the service or the food. We went for early lunch so not busy. I wish we have Red Lobster in the UK I would be there regularly!!
