We have been to this location various times. Honestly we have only returned because the food is honestly consistently delicious!!! Props to the kitchen! Unfortunately the waiting staff and hostesses suck consistently. We've always had to wait so long to be taken care of. Sitting at the bar helps a little but bar tenders tend to be busy Soo not that much better. Go for the food and brace yourself for terrible service!
Great food, Great drinks, great live music with James Patrick Morgan. It doesn't get any better than this!
If you're looking for a more modern hip somewhat Mexican food, this is your place. Rice was undercooked and greenish looking which I assume is due to the cilantro or peppers. Charra beans had no flavor and not authetic. Otherwise great selection of tequila and good bartender.
The chicken tacos and the gluten free chips are delicious.
We met a couple of friends tonight for dinner. My first time at Pure. Since I wasn't driving, I want for a Double Barrel Margarita, made with barrel aged tequila; very tasty. Then I chose the Grouper and Shrimp tacos with corn tortillas, slaw and Verde with a side of rice and black beans. Followed it up with Tres Leches cake. All in all a really well done meal. Service was great. Atmosphere was great. Perfect weather for dining outside.
Delicious Mexican dishes (old favorites and other dishes you may have never eaten), great margaritas, and friendly and attentive waiters. The indoor and outdoor spaces are both inviting and enjoyable. We eat at Pure about once a week, and always enjoy the food and overall experience.
Arrived in time for Roswell Restaurant week. Good menu with A $26 Price tag. App, entree and dessert. The portions were plenty big. I sat at the bar since I was alone boohoo. The service was a little slow. One bartender but she was nice just because Sat night she had a lot going on. My food was very tasty and would order all again. You xan go wrong with the margaritas. I personally don't like sitting at the bar. The stools are hard and uncomfortable, but it's better than sitting at a large table alone. Its worth a trip of your I. Roswell. They have other locations.
This is the second time I ordered something and can't finish it. The chilaquiles were too spicy and not good at all. I like spicy food, but the food was lacking flavor and extremely hot to eat. The same happened a while ago with the seafood soup. Drinks and appetizers were good.
We met a friend for a late lunch and the place is very cool. The food was delicious. The chips and salsa were not “just” chips and salsa; the chips we light and super crispy and the salsa was incredible. My son and I got the chicken (me) and steak(him) burritos. They were both fantastic! We both cleaned the plate and that was an accomplishment considering the size of the burritos when they came out. My wife got the grilled and fried shrimp tacos and loved them. Highly recommended!!
Me and my wife got super sick IMMEDIATELY after eating here. Vomitting ,etc...the place looked good from the outside , but looks can be deceiving.. The food didn't taste that great ,so we only ate half of what we ordered, thank goodness. Well despite the name of the place "Pure" I am not sure the quality is in accordance with the name..We won't be going back here and felt we should share our experience with others...
