Extremely busy location.I weren’t sure to give Popeyes another try after the last incident at a DIFFERENT location a while back.I appreciate the crew being friendly professionalism towards us customers even though it’s busy . Fresh food always here. I’ll return
Thank you to Quinton Brooks General Manager at Popeyes in Roswell. I come often with large orders for the nursing home staff events and not only did Quinton give us his personal cell to call ahead he handles the order personally himself. Thanks to the entire to team and their great manager. Briggett B. Roswell Nursing and Rehab.
Ordered chicken strips for a child's birthday on Friday afternoon to pick up on Saturday morning. Confirmed that they could have the order ready by 10:30AM. Person who took the order stated that they opened at 10AM. I asked if this was doable and was told yes. At 10:30AM on Saturday, door was locked. Several customers outside the restaurant. Finally got the attention of an employee to come to the door. She was putting up fingers showing when they might open the doors. I yelled through the door that I had an order to pick up. She seemed not to understand English, but the other employee inside came to the door. Told him I had an order to pick up. He said he knew nothing about that. I asked if they had chicken strips that could made. He stated that they only had two cooks there and no cashiers and they were not ready to open. I asked if he had seen my order. He said that he didn't know anything about it. I mumbled, "y'all are terrible". He called back, "you are terrible". I know that it is hard to hire good help, but the person on Friday night could certainly have told me that this was not doable or I would need to call back on Saturday. Likewise, he took my phone number. Someone could have called to say that there was a problem. I have ordered from this restaurant several times over the last 10-15 years. I don't normally write negative reviews, but this is a terrible way to do business and I won't be back. BTW - Chik-Fil A filled the $200 order in less than 30 minutes.
Nut allergy! Today is day that I will probably never forget.I attempted to place an order at the drive through for myself and my family and asked the women, what kind of frying oil do you use?She answered "oil." I then asked her again, what kind of oil do you use to fry the chicken and fries with? Vegetable oil, peanut oil, canola oil, soy etc. She then answered with a "negative tone, regular oil."I was shocked, but remained calm and politely said, "my son has a nut allergy and I would like to know if you use peanut oil?"She said, they don't and I replied, how do you know that? She then replied "have a nice day."After that they ignored me and I never got another response. I was so taken aback that I didn't even ask for a manager and drove off.How could someone that ignorant and untrained be allowed to work the drive through which is the first point of contact?Secondly, where was the manager? Aren't your managers required to wear headsets? It makes me wonder, if you are treating a customer like that, how are you preparing the food?
This chicken sandwich wasn’t fresh at all, the mayo tasted like it be sitting in a hot warmer for some time. I’m very disappointed in Popeyes I could finish my food. I wouldn’t go there again.
I have no earthly idea how this restaurant manages to remain in business. Each time I, my wife, and/or my daughter experiences some sort of let down. Today I went to the drive thru. I sat there for about 3 minutes waiting for someone to say something. Meanwhile, the drive thru Kane is beginning to fill. I finally went to a parking space to go inside and behold the door is locked. I drove away only to return to load a picture to this post and the same blue Honda Accord was still waiting for someone to say something. I wish there was a star for zero. This place should be closed.
Had an issue getting order correct when trying to orderthe 2 cashiers couldn't get it right they called someone else he showed them how to ring it up. this was a take out big order. When I got home order was all wrong. mild pieces except the wings were spicy. thighs were not correct either and they left the biscuits out??? wish there was another Popeyes closer! think from now on I'll go to publix for my fried chicken.
This Popeyes is never open during the hours it should be. Website say they open at 10:30. I usually go there on a Saturday when they should be open and they're not. I even called one time and a lady answered. I ask 'will you all be open today" again on a Saturday. Her response "maybe". I just hung up the phone. There is another Popeyes in the area that is never open during they're posted hours either. I go to KFC and they are always open.
Worst service ever. Ordered online. Got there and couldn’t go inside to pick up. Reported dinning room was closed to corporate while we were in the longest drive through line imaginable. Miraculously the dining room opened up when we finally got to the speaker at the drive through. Went inside. Manager acted like he didn’t have our order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes prior. His staff pointed out he did. Then waited 20 minutes before leaving without food because manager was threatening to kick us out from the restaurant for complaining. Don’t go here. Ever.Notice this is my first restaurant review? Well take it to heart. Don’t order any food from here. Just a terrible experience.
Placed an online order Wednesday @1:30. Drove to the location to be told they are closed right now. When I told them I made an online order I was told too bad, to call to get my money back. This place needs new owners or better management. I rarely have a good experience here, I love Popeyes chicken tho, Just not this location.
