The Girl On The Phone Proceeded To Hang Up On Me And Not Answer Any Incoming Calls - So I Drove To The Store To Find All Phones Off The Hook And A Girl Claiming To Be The Manager With A Really Bad Attitude. She Used A Homophonic Slur Towards Me (“Fxcking Faggot”) In Front Of Another Customer And The Staff. She Then Proceeds To Go To The Back Of The Store Until I Yelled For Her To Give Me Her Name To Which She Refused “Because She Doesn’t Have To” And Threatened To Call The Cops If We Didnt Leave The Building. People Like This Should Not Be Allowed To Manage People When They Themselves Have Zero Class Or Customer Service Ability - So Bad That She Refused To Give Her Name. I ordered a pizza for curbside pickup from this location. it was ready at 7:09pm. I texted Hut at 7:09pm as I was already there. Two delivery orders left and one pick order was completed and still no one came out with my order. At 7:19pm, I walked in to find the Gentleman at the counter was on his cellphone. No apologies/or offer to rectify the issue. Of course it was cold by the time I got home.
Great Pizza with three topings for only $11.00 The pizza was delivered fast and perfectly made within 25 minutes. Best I have had in Roswell.

Just spoke with Amanda the branch manager. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She started yelling at me on over the phone and asked me to answer her questions or shell hang up. Not sure who she thinks she is but pizza hut needs to send her to hospitality training or not have managers that yell at customers. One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Will never buy anything from this Pizza Hut again.
If you’re picking up here definitely check to make sure you have everything. I had to ask for all my dipping sauces that I paid for and was missing an item on the order.

This location has the actual curbside. I was surprised that someone came out with my pizza. Other locations offer this service but do not actually do it. She was nice and I gave her a cash tip. I highly recommend this location. Pizza was excellent as well.
