I came in a gave them the name mike for family breakfast scrambled eggs 4 sandwiches ?? order they didn’t give me the right food no sausage was found in my bag but was charged $15.07
Best everything bagel I’ve had in a long time! The iced coffee was delicious. Seems to be a popular spot for breakfast meetings
The last several times that I have been in there, they have been out of most of their breads and some of their soups. Seriously? Your whole thing is bread. Bake more bread!
Have no expectations when you come here and you’ll be fine. Don’t expect to be treated like you matter, don’t expect your food order to be accurate, don’t expect your order to be taken quickly, don’t expect your food to be prepared in a timely fashion…literally expect nothing.They have 6 people working, one person managing the line of 8+ customers waiting for nearly 20 minutes at the front of the line because the guy taking my order was also somehow responsible for filling my order…so I sit here waiting the other workers not addressing the line, I watch the manager not manage and I watch the poor guy at the register rush and stress over the line of customers and filling orders by himself. In fact, it’s taking so long I am actually writing this lengthy review while in line. Then the order was messed up but it’s not even worth fixing at this point because they are such trash. I amCompletely blown away with how poorly managed this Panera is. It’s 100% the manager who has noClue and no care about what he’s doing.
This place is was so bad. I can certainly understand being short staffed ad it is today's workforce reality. However, this store manager needs to do some self reflection. There were only 3 people including the manager working on a Saturday morning. A lady repeatedly asked when the coffee would be ready, another woman complained about there being no syrup in the coke machine while we waited 40 minutes for our cold egg breakfast sandwiches which lacked butter on the bagels as requested. The sandwiches were beyond awful. My coffee was lukewarm and the hot chocolate that we ordered was cold. The worst part is that the manager was aware that we had been patiently waiting a long time for our order. When he did finally put our order on the counter he never even thanked us for waiting, no apology, no smile, NOTHING.
Hard to get to as the parking lot is crazy. Once inside the lineoved slow and the cost for four people was $52. More bread than meat in the sandwichs. Soup was good.
Tonight I arrived at the store and tried to order a bowl of soup at 7:39pm. Their stated close time is 8pm. They wouldn't let me order the soup because their dining room had closed due to staffing issues (no big deal, I just wanted it to go). They said the online order system shuts down at 7:40 so I couldn't order it that way either. Ok, no problem at I'm talking to you on the phone, can I place the order this way..? No they'd already put away the food for the night (now we're at the real problem, they had decided they were going to close early).Maybe it's a pet peeve of mine, but when you can't rely on published hours by a business, then it can really have an impact on their customers. I don't recommend this Panera.
Ordered a tuna sandwich without onions, without lettuce, add spicy mustard. Made sure to check the receipt. Got home and the sandwich had onions, had lettuce, and didn't have spicy mustard.Ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup. I got 2 bites out of the cup. It was almost all broth.What a disappointment. Never coming back to this store.
Panera is usually one of my favorite place. I was a bit shocked watching an employee carry half dozen bagels against his clothes and skin walk from one station to the another one 10-15 feet. It doesn’t look sanitary.Personally I don’t want to be eating food that touch someone else’s clothes and skin.
I ordered a bar b q sandwich through Door Dash WITHOUT onions and WITHOUT frizzled onions. Food delivered WITH frizzled onions. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I had to go pick up order each time. No point in ordering door dash. Manager was not pleasant.
