Went here for a late lunch / early dinner after work. Ended up getting a steak with Alfredo noodles. It was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. They weren’t busy during the time I went due to it being an odd time. However the staff were very helpful and service was amazing. Had some great conversations with my waiter and ended up really enjoying my time here.
Being a New Mom, Curbside Pickup is Just best next thing! Been an Olive Garden Fan for over 15 years…New to this area and first time trying this location. I must say this is one of the best OGs I have tasted!Thank you all for great hands in the Kitchen!!! Can’t wait to come dine in:).
I just want to say I absolutely enjoyed my meal and experience. Morgan was sooo sweet and accommodating. When I arrived, I didn’t care for my seating. As a person with sensory overload issues at times, I needed a secluded and quiet table especially after a long stressful day of work. She made it happen effortlessly. She was even willing to serve me outside of her assigned area with no problems whatsoever. The food was hot and delicious and the manager even came by to say hello with a smile!
Me and my family have been going to this Olive Garden for a very long time. The food is absolutely incredible and the service there is amazing. I had to wait a couple of minutes when I got there yesterday for a table of five, but it was only a few minutes wait. Our server AJ, who did an incredible job, quickly took our drinks and orders. Because me and my family were fasting, we were a little concerned that the food may come out late but it was actually the complete opposite. All of our food came out very early before we broke our fast at sunset. The meals was very tasty. Once we are finished, we did not have to wait for AJ. We just paid for our dinner with the tablet that was on the table. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I know this place normally has a "Good" reputation, but my last visit was terrible! First, they acted like I had insulted their mother when I walked in by myself seeking to be fed. I was seated in a dining room that the hot afternoon sun was beating down on through the large ceiling to floor windows. That left me feeling uncomfortable for a starter. Then a good 10 to 12 minutes went by without anyone's acknowledgement that I had just arrived. There were only two (2) other tables with two (2) people each, and three (3) employees bustling around the dining area. One (1) was cleaning off a table, one (1) was catering to a booth with two (2) young females, and the third employee apparently had nothing to do, because he just stood there! After I had been sitting for approximately 15 additional minutes, the older employee (Maurice, from Jamaica) that had been making the two young females comfortable, approached ready to assist me. I only saw one thing that seemed to appeal to me, the "Tour of Italy" for $19.49. I asked for it, a glass of ice water, and a Sprite. Maurice disappeared, then returned with my glass of water, a silver colored bread basket with three (3) garlic flavored bread sticks, then returned once again with my Salad bowl. I had previously told Maurice "No Croutons", and he "forgot" thinking it was the green pepperotinies the other table had asked to leave out. The glass with my Sprite had food caked on the side, so I asked Maurice to bring me another drink, minus the food stuck to the glass, so he brought me another glass of WATER! Once he had gotten that mistake handled, he brought the food. It was awful! The Chicken Parmesan was over cooked, just plain hard as a brick. I needed a sharpen chisel and a hammer to cut it. The Lasagna had no taste whatsoever, but the Fettuccine Alfredo was tasty. All in all, this trip really sucked! They left me waiting too long, the tableware, table and glassware was dirty. The food was over cooked, and the waiter needed a seeing-eye dog! Oh yes, and for the second time, the salad contained the "heel" of lettuce. We use to throw the heels out to the chickens, but Olive Garden likes to feed them to their customers. (see photos)
The food here is consistent, the service is decent and the prices not unreasonable. I see some folks complaining about the most absurd things, such as "was not offered extra bread", but that's nonsense. This is not the ritz, this is a neighborhood chain Italian restaurant. A restaurant is supposed to deliver good food, good service and this location has done so for over twenty years. With the huge turnover and abusive service industry laws in the state of Georgia, I think providing this level of consistency over a long period of time speaks volumes.
We got a lot of run around trying to make a reservation or call ahead.we had a party of 11.we were told to go on line to reserve our table.when doing so there's no option online to do so.we were then told to call 30 min ahead of arriving to get put on the wait list. When calling ahead as directed we were told they don't do that. Upon arriving we put our name on the list, we were told 20-30 min wait. Then asked if we were going to wait outside? ( in 29 degrees weather with a few seniors with us?)Then once seated we weren't greeted for minimum of 20 min.then didn't even get our waters for another 15 mon or more. We never received the bar drinks ordered at all.Of course the drinks were on our bill. They were out of a couple of drinks on the cocktail menu. The salad finally came 2 medium sized bowls for a party this big. Not enough to go around for everyone. I ordered the salmon.i was told it came with asparagus when I inquired. When my salmon finally got there it was cool and dry.( one of the most expensive menu items) and it came with broccoli. Then took forever just to get a to go box.the waitress asked the other end of the table not our end.11 people ( it was a long table)the waitress was nice perhaps short staffed? Not sure because there were 3 hostesses.Didn't like the fact that anything that was brought to our end I had to pass down everytime. If I do go back to Olive Garden, it won't be that one.
The service was terrible here, They didn't remove any of our dishes from our salad or appetizers, that we finished 10min before our main entree came. We even put them on the edge of the table so it'll be easy and obvious that it could be moved out of the way, but instead the waitress just came and went without even removing anything. My lady and I were shocked, still gave a $4 tip even though she didn't deserve it.....Also they never offered extra bread.
Kids favorite place for dinner! Clean and friendly customer service. Great location! During pandemic, some menu items were not being served, but i think they are now back to their normal routine. Definitely recommending this place!
We really enjoyed the food and the service here tonight. I’m especially happy they were even open given the snowstorm.Keep in mind that 5 stars is for Olive Garden and while I don’t believe they are the best Italian food out there I think this Olive Garden did an excellent job on the food and service tonight.I tried a newer dish - the shrimp and chicken carbonara and it was quite good. The salad and breadsticks were spot on as well.
