The food was just your average McDonald's but the atmosphere in the store was definitely on a different level than most I've seen. Would've given 5 stars but the employees were not friendly and didn't seem to want us there at all.
2 Big mac regular meals almost $18.00, and warm at best.
They didn't mess up the order so yay!
Stopped by motorcycle and went INSIDE to order. In WHAT world is this a small fry, let alone a LARGE ORDERED AND PAID FOR. My child is NOT happy. Where is the basic giving what you pay for????
Juan was my cashier and drive thru attendant, and I was VERY PLEASED by the service and punctuality he exhibited on behalf of this McDonald’s location. I came to this location after leaving the Johnson Ferry location because they were closed before their google my business advertised hours.I arrived at 11:42 and Juan was happy to take my order. I left by 11:49 even with 3 other vehicles in front of me with the correct order (no pickle) on my QTR pounder with cheese and a FREE fried pie!!!!!! Thank you Juan!!
Ordered then got stuck in line for fifteen minutes after cc machine was down. When I pulled up to the window they then asked if I had cash when I did not they threw my order in the trash and said sorry. Will never go back again after that experience.
Overall good work environment and friendly coworkers. There’s a Starbucks close to it and I love going there on break. I love Starbucks so much. For vegans eating here, the apple pie has no animal products !
This McDonald's was very fast, the people working there were extremely nice, and my burgers were delicious ?
They didn't refill the soaps or sanitizers, little to non of the tables were clean, the staff wasn't dojng much of anything and ignoring multiple customers, one staff were coughing Over the happy meal boxes while assembling and another was coughing and sniffling while making the food, I'm not one to complain about a fast food place but the bathroom and the dining area were completely unsanitary, I went into said bathroom and my nose was stinging with the smell of ammonia, that place was a hazard .
Wonderful experience. I’ve come by here a few times on my way back from the church I go to here in Roswell, and the lunch I had today was awesome. The employees were nice, the atmosphere was chill, and it was an overall great time spent.
