Nice people, fast service, dirty location collocated inside a gas station.Okay - it’s McDonald’s so we aren’t talking about the epitome of cuisine here but I do like their fries for sure. I stopped in for lunch because I got gas at the BP and was really hungry. The food was decent.If you crossed a dirty gas station bathroom with a McDonald’s this is exactly what you would expect. Dirty tables, dirty restrooms, even the manager looked like he was wearing dirty or stained clothes.Not the worst but I won’t eat here again.
Truly gross. The guy preparing the food was looking thru his cell phone with his food prep gloves on. So nasty. I told the manager (Indian guy) he looked back and saw it, laughed and said “sorry.” I will inform the health department of these unsanitary practices. Glad I took video. All should be fired!
I ordered a 4c combo meal. They shorted me my fries and receipt. This sandwich has been fried in dirty nasty grease. I will never come back here again.
This location has to do better. Rather you’re short staffed or not, it’s about having a positive attitude. There’s a older guy by the name of avery I encountered during the night shift around 10. He was very rude to me and ignored me, the on shift manager, overweight WF (I didn’t get her name) allowed his attitude and also got aggressive with me. All I asked was if my food was done because I could see a bag with my number on it just sitting there and they were walking around it, never called the number out. There was a lot of emotions evolved for no reason. Misplaced anger and aggression. If you’re overwhelmed choose a new job or location. Or stop tryna overwork yourself causing you to have a attitude with customers for no reason. And then my mcchicken was dry, clearly been in the warning tray for more than 30 mins
I don't recall visiting this place so I rated it on the way it looks from the outside so I'm sure the food is no higher than a 3 because I'm not a fast food eater anyway ima chef by trade so come on McDonalds are for kids....

The young man cleaning all touch areas & everything else was so nice, we had a really nice conversation while he was cleaning. It's nice wen people are nice to one another!!
This McDonalds is like every other McDonalds, which is entirely the point of McDonalds. So in this, they have succeeded. There will be no need to send Ronald McDonald to this location for remediations.
they got our order super wrong and the cashier seemed really confused on how to use the POS system at the window. Yikes
The whole staff was rude and walking around talking I got chicken biscuit and hash brown and the manger with the doughnut hair style was yelling at me while I was tryjng ask a question like I was working her nerve she need to be fire and the other female too because they thou it oh so funny I hate this place won’t come here EVER’ 7.13 this morning this jus happened
