Sat a good 5+ minutes with out moving an inch in a backed up line. Ordered a medium Iced Coffee was given a small. I told them and they said no its a medium. I pointed out that it is smaller than every medium I have gotten at other places but was told something about its how the machine does it? Whatever not worth an argument and i left. Looked at the cup when I got home and it says verbatim Small- fountain tea iced coffee on the cup. Look I know it's not a high skill ceiling job but hey management how about some training for the employees so they don't have to deal with angry customers at their low wage soul crushing jobs. McMuffin was good tho.
The big Mexican girl in the drive through with the black hair is beyond rude and disrespectful.... but they don't care. ? I'd say leave them alone and go to a different 1.
I got 2 happy meals and when my kids opened then no chicken nuggets just apples and fries

When you order at the kiosk and enter your locator number because it says have a seat they will bring it out to you. DON'T BOTHER SITTING DOWN !! That's too much for them to do they will leave your food sitting by the register and call you number only once and then say it's your fault because they called your number and you didn't come..
They have a freestyle machine that have no drinks in it and their was only one staff member that was so willing to help but the others didn’t seem to care they are just there to collect a check

Been waiting in line for 15 min and only seen 2 cars order. HORRENDOUS service but now I am stuck with people behind me so I cant leave. All because the employees at this location don't know how to cook burgers, fries and nuggets
