Woulda been 5 but the homemade pickles are NOT PICKLES! Cucumbers in salt water! Other than that everything was delicious! Sophia was wonderful! Pickles are gross! Had a great time:)

UPDATE: After posting this review, Marlows reached out and invited me back to try them again. To be honest, I’ve been back a few times with no complaints! I originally posted my experience because I was so disappointed. However, them reaching out to me personally means so much. Recently, with all the labor constraints and supply chain issues, it just feels like restaurants don’t care - therefore it truly was a show of great customer service for them to invite us back and make it right.Original Review:It’s really disappointing to spend so much on a meal - just to arrive home and be missing the key element. First, despite the site allowing the option of curbside, they no longer offer that option. Minor inconvenience but with traveling with a baby I did choose Marlows with this in mind.Secondly, you spend $16 for a steak salad…you’d think someone would check to make sure dressing was included. Again, another inconvenience but it truly made for a disappointing meal since we’re in the process of moving and currently don’t have any dressing at the new house. Also, asked for medium on that steak and this is nearly raw.I love Marlows Tavern, especially the Woodstock location, but my experience in Roswell has been lackluster so far at best. This is our second time trying them out, both times for takeout but unfortunately they just don’t do it well.

Unfortunately, these guys have lost their mojo. Take out orders are never correct. Food quality has fallen off dramatically. So disappointing. Used to really like to dine here.

Love Marlows in Roswell!!! Chef Tyrea (hope I still let that right) with Lee the manager has come up with some amazing specials that should be on the menu! Simply wonderful! Love you guys!! ❤️❤️

This location has long been my fav location. Since 2012! Always consistent great food and even take out. However, this day. Not so much. We sat outside, maybe a mistake? Forgotten about? Sis in law orders appetizer. Good but needed extra crackers. Offered but never came. Server never came back to ck on us or our drinks. Waited forever for our meal. My salmon Caesar was dripping with either burned seasoning or burned fish! Not blackened. Next entree get served and taken away immediately because it’s not ours. Final bills are wrong. Made the best of a very lacking experience. Very disappointed!

Frustrating experience tonight at this Marlow’s. Placed an order for 6:00 pickup. Order was not ready until 6:20, so I had to stand and hold my young child the whole time at the bar while waiting for our food. No apologizes or special accommodations for the inconvenience from the staff. After getting food and leaving, I checked order in car and noticed the dressing for the steak salad was missing. So had to unstrap child out of car seat again to go back into the restaurant. Got home and while the food was tasty, the burger we ordered “medium” was “well done” and falling apart

Kendra is THE most awesome server I’ve EVER had the pleasure the meet. This was our first night at Marlow’s. Kendra and staff super nice and accommodating! Kettle Chips were amazing!

My family and I came for an early lunch this morning. We arrived at 11:00am or shortly after, but the hostess assured us they were open and their hours posted online confirmed that. After being seated, the hostess said our server would be with us shortly. We were the only customers at the restaurant, but after 8 minutes of waiting no one ever came greet us or take our drink order. Meanwhile, someone I can only assume was a manager was doing server training within eye shot of our table. He and a couple of the trainees looked in our direction a number of times during the 8 minute wait, but not once did he acknowledge that customers were waiting. For that reason we left. As my son walked out, after my husband and I were out the door, someone on staff asked if we wanted breakfast. Marlow’s does not serve breakfast, so this snide remark was clearly in response to our arriving at 11:00am (again, the doors and restaurant were open) and is also the reason I will not return to this location. As a leader of a public service organization, I know the value of customers and customer service. Unfortunately, this manager not only showed customers how little they are valued, he also showed his trainee staff.

Five old friends gathered for lunch on the 30th. Got a decent table on the patio during a rainstorm. Served by a very friendly young lady who maintained an upbeat demeanor throughout. They were obviously seriously understaffed as evidenced by the time it took for food. We got decent burgers and fish tacos but found out they were "having trouble with their internet/computer" so they suggested we pay separately with cash, which we did. Took quite a long time for server to return with change and when we did she took it upon herself to assume her tip and returned change sans the tip. Pretty presumptuous. I would have given a generous tip but did not appreciate her helping herself without asking.

We didn’t have the best experience here. I’ve been to Marlow’s before, but this was my first time at this location. The first issue was the food. I ordered the fish tacos and one of them had fish that was raw in the middle. I sent the taco back and they made me a new one. After they fixed the issue, it was delicious. The second issue was our service. Our waitress checked on us once and never filled our drinks. They took our order and kind of forgot about us. We even asked for a refill, but they just never came back. A waitress from another table had to eventually check on us twice to resolve the taco issue and because we sat there for the longest time waiting for our check. The reason I gave two stars is because they were good about fixing the food issue and because the other waitress was nice enough to help us out.
