They used to take a long time for deliveries, but it's getting better (we usually do pickup now though). Pizzas are always good, signing up for coupons is best. I give four stars because they've missed sides without explanation (e.g. dips, banana peppers). But we've been ordering from them for a long time now, and it's only been occasional.
Very bad customer service - the new management is horrible at this location. I have been coming here for year's I have had the most issues with my food and customer service since the other owners left. I also had to ask the guy to use gloves and wash his hands I witnessed the guy dig in his ear and proceed to touch and prepare the pizza it was disgusting. If I could give zero stars I would.
I used to love this place, but recently the quality of the food & the service has decreased dramatically. Tonight my pizza arrived cold & not cut! I have a pie cutter, but c'mon. There's another location nearby that has been consistently good but I'm not in that delivery area, unfortunately. Next time I want pizza, I'll either do pickup at the good Marco's or go with a different restaurant. :/
Order was ready when promised. Pizza was very good, as it has been every time I have ordered Marcos.
Manager argued with me about my food being wrong.. advised him it was wrong and he told me I was wrong.. never ordered from this place and I never complain about my food but I’m pregnant and was craving it and this is the experience I go. Terrible customer service. Will never order from here again
Hair in pizza. Do not buy pizza here I called to complain about a Hair in my pizza and the lady was very rude. She wanted me to drive to the store to bring the pizzas and get a refund. She also told me to never order pizza there again. Terrible customer service. We will not be buying here again and will let all friends and family know about the Terrible and disgusting situation.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered here. This place is lacking in customer service. I called in about my order being placed on the floor at a hotel I visit while on a business trip and was talked to very rude. I was called several times by multiple associates giving what I consider as a threat telling me to never order at this location again because I called and reported that my food was left on the floor at the hotel that have customers with pets. This location needs to be shut down until they can provide better customer service. The food was not good either, it was half done and the pizza was sliding off because it was not cook well. I will never order here again.

Called with a coupon and told me they only have that coupon for 3$ more so I eventually said fine because it’s the closest one to me. Then we get there and they weren’t friendly and found they had messed up our order. When I called back nothing was offered unless I drove back. A 20 minute drive that shouldn’t have to happen. Will not be back
When we called about redeeming a coupon, my husband got a rude response from the person who answered the phone. Then we got home and checked that our order was messed up! Definitely not ordering from the location again.
