The employees are sweet ! But the manager was super rude ! She said that who tf orders pizza with no sauce and pizzas without certain ingredients! She yelled out loud where we could hear her! That is not okay ! I wouldn’t go here again !
To anyone reading this, go somewhere else. This store used to be okay but not anymore. I remembered when they opened and got nostalgic about Little Caesars from back in the day. Originally it was fine; walk in, wait five minutes, leave with a pepperoni pie. Now, if we go in and order we wait. And wait. And wait some more before a pizza is unceremoniously plopped on the counter without so much as a nod. Tonight was far worse. Ordered via the app, arrived at the specified time, and...nothing. Ten minutes later someone finally asked what I ordered and I gave them the order. Twenty minutes after that I had to flag someone down to ask what was going on. The only reply was "I don't know what you ordered." I asked again what the issue was with online orders and was met with belligerent responses. I give up. If you're running behind or the system is down, fine. Just be honest. Looked into cancelling the order but that proved to be fruitless. If anyone from Little Caesars sees this, please have a heart to heart with this location. They either need help or need to step away from the food service industry.
Worse experience i ever had. We were a party of 8 ready to eat some pizza after a day of hiking. We placed an order of 6 pizzas online and We understood that they were short staffed. So we waited. After waiting a whole hour our order wasn't even ready. But people would come in and place their orders and would get them in a flash. So we asked the lady working and she said " what was your order" and proceeded to ask " let me take a picture of it. So we waited another 45ish minutes. But yet again people would come in and place their orders and get them right away. So once again we asked the lady. But yet again she asked what our order was. This time she said " oh yeah here you go" handed us only 4 pizzas and they weren't even the ones we ordered. We told her "we had ordered 6 pizzas not 4 and these aren't even the ones we ordered." We we're about to wait but at this point it wasn't even worth the wait. Also they weren't even wearing there aprons. With their shirts dirty as hell. Very unsanitary if i do say so myself. I kid you not we didn't even take the 4 pizzas after seeing all that and having to deal with bad customer service. Also this all happened on Sunday 04/24/2022
If there was a no star option I would choose it. It is utterly ridiculous to order online, pay for it online, receive a text message and email that your order is ready....ONLY to arrive to the store and wait 10 minutes before being asked about your order and another 40 minutes for your order to be ready! My boyfriend tried to warn me. The only plus is the girl that FINALLY came out to ask about my order she was moderately nice. DO BETTER Management. Obviously two people are unable to handle Sunday. Your staff is nice but they DEFINITELY need more help!
Just plain nasty. They older women NEVER had any gloves on while making food. She went to back to get something and still NEVER washed or put any gloves on. Came and took orders and touching computer and left and went right back to touching food without washing or gloves.
Whoever is in charge of making mobile orders at this location clearly has a vendetta against stuffed crust pizzas because every single time I order a custom pizza with stuffed crust they blatantly ignore it. Don’t even bother ordering from here unless you drive to the counter and order face to face. Maybe they’ll listen then.
I went to Little Cesar's for Hot and Ready and was informed to go online. I went online and the wait time was 30 minutes! I went back in and asked to cancel the order because I am not waiting 30 minutes. They referred me to the email which gives the number to the store. I called the store which referred me back to the email and said there is another number (which it is not) to call. I will never come here again!
Flora Mike and Sara were so sweet and helpful on google this place says it closes at 10 but they close at 9 I got there at 8:58 and they still serviced me with a smile and my pizza was so fresh and good. I’m happy they still have people in this world that understands customer service.
DO NOT GO HERE!! Ordered online showed up 10 mins after my scheduled time and my pizza wasn’t even prepared yet. They literally have one person working. And to top it off. He’s taking money from cust then going back to finish making pizzas. Without washing his hands nor wearing gloves. I canceled my order.
This location is awful. I go here sometimes when we get home late just to get something for our daughter. I’ve never waited less than 40 minutes for just a cheese pizza. They are always extremely crowded and just recently made an order for a cheese pizza and it’s been over an hour just to receive . Better off going to another location(possibly) or ordering a little more expensive pizza that won’t take as long.
