Came to this location on my lunch break. They only gave me half of my order then advised me to pull up and someone will bring the rest out. I say there for about 15 mins and nobody came to bring the food. I called and whoever answered the phone asked what i was waiting for them goes to tell me that they gave me my food. I explained they had not and I was still sitting in my car like they asked me to. He brought the bag out, no apology or anything. Just handed me the bag and walked off. By this time my food is already cold bc I had to wait. The chicks were fried hard and over cooked. Best thing was the apple turnover. Also when I was at the window they asked for my receipt to make sure everything was there but didn’t give it back. Almost wasted my whole lunch break
Terrible establishment! If I could give them less than 1 star I would! Lazy workers with no sense of urgency or customer service skills! Ordered a door dash order for pick up that was supposedly suppose to be ready at 2:07 p.m. get there and they tell me it will be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I have to go inside and see what is taking so long with my order. Girl inside making the food sloppy and the dudes insides moving like sloths! Just horrible! Trash establishment, stay away from here, location should be shut down.
I've been eating at Krystal's for over 40 years. Even when people tell me I'm gross for eating here I say "Don't get mad at me for enjoying little, delicious hamburgers. Maybe it is the hatred in your heart that needs examining."BUT Kyrstals has always been painfully slow. Legend slow. In every location I have eaten at, across multiple states, this has always been the case.Until today. I was floored when I got my food in under 3 minutes. And it was good! The fellow at the drive-thru was being attentively trained. No yelling; no chaos. Just good food and fast. I hope this is a permanent culture change and not just a one off - because I really like the place and would feel compelled to go more often.
Worst. Krystal. Ever.Have never been able to withstand the 40+ minute wait. We have tried multiple times to order at the drive thru but this place flat out sucks. Sometimes they are closed even though they advertise 24 hours. And sometimes a basic order can take 45 minutes.Go anywhere. Anywhere but here!
1st and last time having Krystals. I was so eager to try their grits after hearing my coworkers rave about it. The grits were so dry...I just threw it away. ?
I had a horrible experience at Krystal on Holcomb Bridge near Hwy 400 in Roswell, GA. I purchase a Po Boy meal, but they didn't have fries ready; so they asked if I would take an apple pie in exchange. Once I got my sandwich and bit into it, the shrimp were hard and dry, and there was no sauce at all. This was the worst fast food I have ever bought. Be sure to check your food before driving off because these people working at these fast food restaurants do not care how your food comes out. At this point, I say if a restaurant does not have some of your order available, when it's a part of the meal that should be ready, just lea e and go somewhere else. Krystal is not doing a good job servicing their customers, and probably should close of they cannot shape up over the next 6 months.
This Krystal had closed it's dinning room all last year during the Covid-19 pandemic. So today I was craving a Krystal Hamburger, not knowing if the dining room was open, I Googled this Krystal location on Holcomb Bridge Rd. in Roswell. The published phone number rang a private voicemail box, which was full. So I ventured to the door, it was open, so I went in. Two employees was all that the store had, and they were doing nothing. I ordered the #1 combo (4 Krystal hamburgers, a medium fry, and a medium drink). I paid, then was told to sit down. When the food was brought to the table, it was AWFUL! The Krystals we're "soggy", had absolutely no taste that I was ever experienced. The fries were hard and tasted like fried cardboard. The Sprite was good, but that was all. After I got home I had to take two Alca Seltzers to get the terrible taste out of my mouth. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Well, maybe to them, but no one else.
Grease tastes funny . Just left there 3 min ago . Too tired to drive back to get a refund . Smh !
Drove to this krystals after a busy afternoon and ordered the chili cheese tots…. Yall wth is this!!?
This rating is all due to the fact that they should remove their store from door dash. You are a late night fast food and cancelled my order last min when I had just gotten off work and needed a meal. I was given credit towards my transaction but I didn't have anything to eat til the next day. So thank you for nothing.
