This place is a nightmare. First off, how is it that EVERY TIME I stop by at 9pm (an hour before closing), they are out of just about everything except tacos. I get being out of stuff, but not every day, that’s completely unacceptable. I’m 100% convinced that they clean all the equipment a little over an hour before closing, and cleaning the taco station is fast and easy for them. Let’s not forget how trash the service is. It says on Google AND the sign outside the window that it closes at 10, but God forbid I come by an hour and half before 10 and they say “we’re closed”, if they even are decent enough to tellMe that. Owner, clearly this has been going on for a long time, so telling people to “try us again” is not going to work anymore. I’ve been doing nothing but that for the past year and NOTHING has changed. These young adults need to get their act and customer service skills together, or this place will be closed down for good
The worst KFC in Cobb County. They consistently have been closing an hour early (at least on Fridays) for 2 years. There are 3 people inside right now that look like employees. They refused to even tell us they were closed. There is a 4th guy oustide waiting for them (all 4 vehicles are together). We drove to the window and the lady just kept making food (for her 2 friends inside?) With her back to us. My dad got out and started knocking on the window for her to FINALLY tell us that they were "closed" although according to google "the hours were confirmed" that they close at 10:00. We came at 9:00. The new workers recently hired stayed open until 10 for about 2 weeks until they became just like the old crew. I just want some freaking chicken man. I can deal with the fact that they are extremely rude... Just stay open.
Does anyone actually work here? After placing my order, I pulled around to the window. I sat there for about 8 minutes then I put my car in park so that I could step out and knock on the window. There was no one in there that I could see. Which was weird cause the people in line behind me had also spoken to someone and placed orders. I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes total, then I drove off. Saw someone with a headset standing around on the other side of the building but at that point I was done with this location. If I could give them zero stars I would. Look if you are short staffed I understand but come to the window and let me know. Don’t just leave me sitting there wondering if I imagined talking to someone.
Worst ever fast food restaurant I visited in the US! Absolutely avoid this restaurant!I made a pickup order with mobile app. The staff simply did not want to anything. Doors closed, drive-thru microphone not answered, and pickup window closed. Circled 3 rounds without reaching any staff. On my 4th attempt, the window finally opened for another furious customer, who almost smash the window broken and hurt the indifferent staff. Fortunately the violence didn't escalate, but now I am getting to understand why fast food restaurants sometimes appeared in crime news reports. What a shame to the KFC brand!
Last time I'm coming here. Service is slow, dining room is closed with no notice on door, food is sub par. Do not recommend. Worst drive thru experience near my house.
Hair in crunch wrap - ,,,This place is unkempt, the staff are unhappy and hair in my crunch wrap. Tried to call but no answer. Called 3 times, still no answer. Off my list, forever!
They didn’t tell us there was no dine in until after we ordered. There were two workers just sitting around. When there was an issue they simply yelled out to each other (and us). The person at the counter seemed new and while he was doing his best, none of the other workers bothered to help him. The dining area and bathrooms were dirty and the staff were aloof.
The absolutely oddest experience ever. Paid $32 for food and told to pull up while it’s made. We were originally told it would take 12 mins but20 mins later the food never comes out and the doors are locked. The only reason I choose to leave my car and check on progress is because I was fearful our order may have been given to someone else. Yo until this point I wasn’t even upset - just curious on the ETA. When I approach the door, I see a manager in a striped shirt sitting in the middle of the restaurant on a laptop computer. He may have been studying or doing whatever but instead of acknowledging me at the door he choose to ignore me and run to the back of the restaurant. I was stunned. That is when I became UPSET. A manager was literally sitting there, did not acknowledge me, and walked to the back. If it took longer, that’s fine but to balantely disregard a paying customer and not acknowledge them AFTER they paid it’s purely disrespectful and uncalled for. I will absolutely never return to this establishment. Their level of service makes me question the food.
Stopped to get food and they’re supposed to be open (it’s 7:50 pm) but lights are off but doors are locked. Went through drive thru and no one would take my order, so went to the door and saw two people literally duck behind the counter when they saw me. Ridiculous, but looks like this is common considering someone left a review a week ago that had a similar experience.
Disgusting. Worst restaurant I’ve been to in at least 5 years. Hair in the macaroni, the chicken tastes like dirty grease and our box of biscuits was half sandwich buns.
