Been out of bowls last 4 times I've gone. Staff is short on manners and what they do give is never fresh. This used to be a decent place to eat now I wouldn't let stray cats eat here.
Friendly workers. Bilingual persons are an excellent tools. Thanks for the bilingual workers . They help a lot
I miss the buffet and they didn't have strawberry jam, but besides that everything was great!
Staff isn't the most friendly in the world...bathrooms weren't very clean...I ordered the 4pc combo with all dark and received 2 white & 2 dark, then when I took it back to the counter the mgr replaced the 2 white pieces with 2 dark which was cool and all but what was NOT cool was how he tossed the 2 whites back into the holding pan instead of tossing them into the trash considering I'd just touched them...BUT the food quality was actually great!!

Wife and I, had not been to KFC, since before Corona virus times. There is no longer a buffet type table full of exquisite comfort food. Only, the old buffet table remains in place, but is full of cardboard boxes, where their tasty food used to sit on.Now, someone serves for you one of the blue plates they offer, and served from behind the counter. And, no repeats, except for the drinks.What one gets is, the crispy fried chicken, that only the old Col. knows how to cook !You will lick your fingers ...
The young lady at tbe drive -thru window was extremely professional, courteous & pleasant. The food was delicious, I highly recommend this location.
Was trying to see if now that the pandemic is better, if KFC had reopened their dinning room, and restarted their buffet. Dinning room YES, Buffet NO. Too bad, it was the best thing going!
Still love their famous bowl with mashed potatoes, chicken bites and corn. Some of the chicken bites were coating only and no chicken in the middle.
The service was fast. The food was not tasty. Mashed potatoes tasted like powdered. Fries were hot+ don’t plan to eat there no time soon.
