I had been passing by for a while and wanted to go in.Once I did, I ordered the avocado toast and the yellow latte and a pain killer shot.I was not thrilled! The latte taste like straight tumeric because it doesn't have honey or any sweetner ( please tell your customers that your lattes don't have sugar) I got my order to go and couldn't drink my latte till an hr later when I got home and was able to remake it.The avocado toast was very simple. Nothing crazy! A layer of mashed avocado with 4 thin slices of boiled egg on top.The cashier lady was very nice. Thanks for your service.
Açaí bowl was great. It was not sweet as sweet as some other açaí bowls, however the raw honey on top compensated a bit. Went during lunch time on a Saturday and it was nice and quiet. A lot of people coming in and out to pick up orders but besides that a great spot to wind down, catch some lunch, and get some peace and quiet. Definitely will be going again.

I’ve gone back and forth on leaving a negative review because I hate to have to do that.The food at all Kale Me is great. I’ve been to other locations several times. Most of the employees here are rude. They never get the order correct and you have to wait forever to get your food.I’ve ordered pick up off the app I can’t tell you how many times and they never have it ready or even know where the order came from. Wouldn’t come here unless you are just getting a smoothie and have at least 15 minutes to wait for it. Just order food someplace else.

Love this place! Excellent fresh food to-go. Healthy smoothies and salads. Just had the poke bowl and salmon toast. So good.
It took them 30 mins to make one smoothie, an açaí bowl and toast… there was no one else in the shop… and they forgot to give me the toast. So I should say, great smoothie, horrible customer service. I spent $40 and didn’t even get what I ordered. Not impressed
Pleasant place with good menu options. A bit pricey for the sizes but I guess that's their niche.
I really contemplated making a review because Kale Me Crazy Roswell has quite a bit of negative stars and after my experience I can see why.I come to KMC often and the customer service as always been sub par. I’m not sure if the young lady “Lee” just started working there recently, but she has changed the trajectory of their Roswell location.I would often come in and the employees are either playing around or in their phones. I’m going to assume that Lee is in management because when she’s there, there’s a difference in my customer service experience. Her memory is IMPECCABLE, she always remembers my exact order. She also cares enough to ask how my day to day life is going. I’ve seen her handling their most busiest time and it’s still in a professional manner even if she’s dealing with negative customers.About a month or so ago I came in the store and I noticed Lee was outside talking to the owner (I’ve seen him on occasion), I didn’t think anything of it but I hated she couldn’t take my order. I get my order and it’s wrong, on top of that the lady that was taking my order was extremely rude and wasn’t interested in rectifying the situation.I went outside to get Lee even though she was speaking to the manager and she made sure to correct my order. Without putting anyone down, she was overly apologetic and made me feel so much better as a customer.I have even offered to have her to come and work for me and she has declined ( she’s THAT good), honestly I need someone like her and would LOVE to have her on my team. I really hope she’s appreciated because if not I have plenty of room for her with me.If you just have to go to this location, she works during the week usually during the day. If she’s there just know your order will be correct, you won’t deal with attitudes from some of the other employees, and your questions will be answered (she knows her stuff). Yes I asked her what days does she works because unfortunately that’s when I can get the best service. Lee definitely holds this location together so look for her when you’re there. I know she’s only one person but hopefully she can transform this location to create more workers like her!
I really liked the avocado toast. I also had a salad. I would differently go back.
