The last two visits to this location have been frustrating. The first one they just forgot ingredients on my sandwich, I ordered the number 7 and they left off the hot peppers. Not terrible and mistakes do happen so I understood. This time however, they completely made the entirely wrong sandwich somehow. If I’m going to be paying $20 here to eat I at least expect the correct order even somewhat.
I just ordered delivery at this location. My sandwich was delicious. Everything was fresh and made to perfection. I will definitely order food again at this location. Keep up the great work everyone.?
I ordered in the drive thru one sandwich. I pull up to the window to pay. The JJ worker starts to make my sandwich. A car pulled up a places their order. The JJ worker stops making my sandwich and starts on the car's order who is behind me! I am sitting in my car not understanding... One order at a time... Finish one order before moving on to the next... This is another establishment I will be reluctant to give my money...
Can be slow dine-in when drive through is busy. Good subs, delivery time is average (and we live close).
I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never visit this location again. Pulled in the drive thru for my family. Order a plain with no cheese for my child. Asked to add lettuce. Very rude woman (owner I believe), "no I will not add anything to the plain"Me: but I’m not getting cheese, can I add lettuce?"Rude screaming woman "No."Me: Do you have a kids menu?Rude woman-The plains are for the kids.Me: But you won’t let me delete the cheese and add lettuce for my Daughter?Rude woman- No, then order a regular sandwich and we will delete everything except the ham and lettuce.Me- Wow, cancel our order and I pulled away.Beware- there is so much going on in the world, a little kindness and compassion goes a long way. I would have probably paid for the "extra lettuce" but it was apparent this woman wanted me to have to buy a huge sandwich for my small child.If you like JJ like my family does, visit the the location at 875 Mansell Rd.
Confused by all the bad reviews. I eat at Jimmy John's multiple times a week and this location was as good and friendly as any other. Everyone needs to give them another chance!

Check your receipts to make sure you’re being charged correctly. Ordered 3 combos and was rung up for each item individually which makes them more money. Don’t want to offer the combo price? Don’t advertise it.
The staff is very rude! I’m not usually one to rate a Jimmy johns but this deserved a 1 star. They were very mean and rude, and I would not go back.
I’ve been to this location several times and received slow service. Stood in line for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff who seemed to be prioritizing the drive through. I’ll find a different locations for my 3 day a week JJ habit.
