This place is really fast and the food is healthy .I would recommend this place for sandwiches.ROB. E
Only one guy working the entire store... every day, all day according to him anyway. He was very nice and doing his best but that's the only positive thing I can say.He needs a raise, they need to re-stock with fresh food (they were out of turkey and several other items) (bread was stale/old) and clean the place up. The sub was the equivalent to one you would get pre-wrapped from a gas station This place doesn't deserve to call itself a Jimmy Johns.
Good and fast cold subs.Website ordering is convenient, but they don't honor the "5OFF20" promo that's bannered on their website. Took the $5 out of their tip instead, which I admit sucks, but keep your promises.
I am baffled by the terrible experience I had with this store!! On Sunday, I ordered from here on DoorDash at 3:34 pm. The ordered was never even started after about 45 minutes, so I called DoorDash and had them cancel the order. Jimmy Johns does their own deliveries, so it's actually better to order directly from the app, which I did after cancelling the DoorDash order. I was charged, but the app order was still never fulfilled after another 45 minutes. The online hours said they were open until 9 pm. I drove up to the store at about 4:45 pm and it was closed with a paper sign that said "We closed at 4 pm." Today, I called Jimmy Johns support to get my money back from both DoorDash and the app and they told me THIS STORE CLOSING AT 4 PM WAS UNAUTHORIZED AND THEY SHOULD HAVE STAYED OPEN UNTIL 9 PM. I am currently waiting on the management team to contact me after Support gave them my information because EVEN WITH THE STORE OPEN THEY WILL NOT ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS.Lately, Jimmy Johns has not been impressing me. Not too long ago, I ordered on the app from another store and put in the instructions "leave at my door." I was sick and did not want contact with the delivery driver. He knocked on my door and I waited some time for him to walk away. I opened the door to find an old man holding my food, specifically waiting for me to come out so he can complain about having to go up the stairs in my building. He told me he is too old to handle the stairs. From that, I gathered that I shouldn't be ordering delivery because it is too much work for the Jimmy Johns employees despite the generous tip I left for him that day. Sorry, but you're the one who chose this job. What do you want me to say? I will never return to Jimmy Johns. Need a good sandwich with good customer service? I strongly recommend Lenny's!!

My kids really love JJ so wanted to try this, but we should have listened to the reviews. There was only one guy working, the door was locked but there was no sign to tell you anything, the guy inside saw me but just ignored me. Thankfully the person who works in the barber shop next store saw me and peeked out and said they only have drive thru service. Again, nothing online and no sign saying so. I went through it and though it was slow I could understand with only one person. The tall, white bearded guy who worked there could not have been less happy to see us. The order was messed up, and none of them were numbered so we could not tell whose belong to whom without all opening and looking at the ingredients. Not enough to ruin your day, but definitely disappointing and not up to JJ standards at all. Considering how bad these reviews have been for years I can’t believe this place is still open.
They always have exactly what u need for a really good lunch! Been doing that for many years, they’ve maintained well ;)
Place an order at 12:02 pm, granted it was a rainy day and the representative stated there were a lot of orders but it was 1:15pm I still didn't receive my order. I am very disappointed ?!
The guy overcharged my meal that should have been $11.80 after taxes (according to the app). I then preceded to ask for a receipt and he waved me off and told me to go away. Unacceptable service.
