Worst Jersey mikes in Atlanta.... always wait a LONG time for orders. Always understaffed. Often Inaccurate orders, ect. Quit running this store on the cheap! Also your AC doesn't work! It's 80° in your store! Not great for deli foods!

Eh! They have a difficult time following tine following directions. Ask for white bread, I get some kind of herb bread on one side and cheese bread on the other as if they used two leftover halves. Ask for extra bacon, get extra turkey and not bacon. Not the first time I've experienced weirdness like this at this location.
Always super friendly and professional. They have my order memorized by now. Rob is always positive and helpful. He was completely alone during lunch hour yesterday and still was very quick and efficient.
Will not be going back to this store. The employees are rude and not very professional considering they sit on the same counters they make food on. They don't wash their hands at all before starting a sandwich. The thing they cut the meat on wasn't very clean. The lobby floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in days. The floor behind the counter had food and whatever all over it. Which was funny to me considering one of the employees was playing on their phone when I walked in and the others doing nothing. I was gonna dine in but changed my mind when I seen that most all the tables were dirty. The men's bathroom was just disgusting. There was trash on the counter in the lobby. Almost made me not want to eat there at all but I was running late for work already and that's the only reason I did. But I won't be going back there. I'll drive a little further and just go to the one down the street. I don't know who was in charge of the crew when I was there but they should be ashamed of themselves and the other employees. I should have read the reviews before I went there.
The general manager at the store is horrible. He should have been fired and replaced a long time ago. But the owners allow him to do whatever.
Turn the music off so that you can hear the orders.I went somewhere else to order 5 giant subs because your workers could not hear.Teach your workers how to give great service.
Poor customer service. Placed an over the phone order. Got to the store and employee said they gave our order to another customer. No apology just said I needed to go stand at the end of the line and order again. We have been going to this location since it opened. Never again there are enough other locations to go to.
