We put in a simple order of four sandwiches online to be picked up. It had been a long day and we were eager to sit down as a family to enjoy Five Guys. Once we got our bag of food home, we realized they had shorted us two of our sandwiches. I called back the restaurant, indeed our other two sandwiches were sitting there. I drove all the way back to the restaurant and was handed the bag. Slight apology. I asked if we could get the price of these two sandwiches credited back to our card. The manager refused.

Had a family dinner here. What's good:1. Overall Five Guys quality and atmosphere2. MusicWhat's not that good:1. One of cheeseburger didn't have much meat. Seems like a mistake or something - had like ~1/3 of what we had in the second one.2. Waited to place an order for a few minutes
I've never had a problem before... this time 1 burger had nothing on it and I ordered 5 toppings. Picked it up and didn't know until I got home. ?
Good burgers and fries. Short staffed, so if it is busy, you will have a wait.
My family loves these burgers. They really are better than most sit down restaurants and far far better than fast food. I just wish they were a little cheaper. Our family of 6 always rings up a $100+ which rivals other sit-down places.
Free Peanuts! Hamburger and fries are yummy! Service is friendly!
Great hamburgers, quick service, and clean facilities. Definitely a go to place on my ride home if cooking dinner is not an option.
5 Guys Burgers- consistantly the best burger I've eaten. Time and time again. Love this place!
