I really enjoyed the veggie sub that I bought. The employees were great. I could have gone next door, but decided to go where the filthy face diapers were not being worn. I was also disappointed that both the meatballs and the chicken contain pork. Can't you make these meats without mixing them with abomination? Very disappointed with Firehouse corporate for making those decisions.
They skimp on the meat, don’t read the entire order so wrong ingredients! Won’t be back to this location.
There was confusion in my order and when I questioned it, got major attitude from employees. Pointed to cashier and told me take care of there at the end of a busy lunch line. I took what I was given and left and will never return again.

Lady on the phone is always rude, she spilled the sweet tea container, then death stared at me like it was my fault, when I wasn't even looking at her. I can deal with bad customer service, customer service here is beyond bad.
Will never order from this location again!!! Following instructions should be simple, however its not for this location. I ordered my sandwich with Cucumbers, jalapeños and pepper (salt & pepper) and none of these items were on my sandwich. Not only that, it was extremely salty. If I could give no stars, I would.
Great customer service and the Food was Good. They just need to fix there drink machine something was off with my drink.

I’m not a fan of toasted sandwiches to begin with so I won’t rate the food. I am giving this a three star because of a very long wait as I ordered online and sat at the restaurant for another 15 minutes waiting and the horrible smoke.The restaurant itself is very smoky, no pun intended. It was so bad I had to walk outside because my eyes were burning. I don’t know if this is a health code violation but they have fan exhaust problems big-time and need to fix it.If you’re going to eat from there get it to go as you don’t want to sit in a smoky environment - very bad for your eyes and lungs.Will I PU from here again? No!
