Without a doubt, this is the best Mexican restaurant in Roswell. Their food has a wonderful mix of flavors. Each item has a standalone taste. I love it. The menu may appear huge, but at its core, it's pretty straightforward.The Pollo asado, carne asada and Puerto tacos are outstanding. When I asked about the pork tacos ?, I wanted to jnow if it was a carnitas style pork. I was told they cook fresh pork right on the stove top. I was a smidge skeptical, but damn. The flavor on the pork married with the sauce was amazing.I am very impressed with the whole show. The service is great, on top of the excellent presentation. Just as I finished my drink and was thinking about ordering another, here came the girl with a fresh one. Brilliant ??This will become my go to spot in the Roswell area.
