Cannot stand this location & will never be back, I’m done with them. They ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS wait to make the mobile orders until you walk in or just simply forget & don’t take the mobile tickets.Ordering ahead is pointless here. Skip this location & go to any other one in the city.

I asked for light cream and this is what I got. Asked them to fix it and he said it’s least amount of cream that they can do. I end up switching to plain with no cream at all but they seemed to be unhappy with my simple request
Ordered chicken bacon croissant, no croissant so got it on bagel instead. Chicken was still cold, no bacon or sauce. Just a sad cold piece of frozen chicken
We stopped in on our way to work. We ordered one caramel macchiato, and one latte with coconut milk no sweeteners. Our order was made perfect. The drive-thru was fast and efficient. The staff was friendly and professional.\\n\\nThe lobby was closed due to staffing shortages, but we don't blame them. Times are tough right now with staffing.\\n\\nThank you Dunkin donuts for giving us a good experience.
I have only been to this store twice and both times my order was wrong. Last week my coffee was awful with way too much creamer and way too much sugar. I could not even drink it. Today i stopped by for a donut on the way to work and got the wrong donut. Two fails out of two trips is not a good record. Also, I mentioned this morning that my coffee last week was made wrong and I had to throw it out. I was not offered a free replacement coffee. Bad quality and lousy customer service.

I normally have terrible customer service at this location and try to go to the one in Woodstock instead. Tonight this location was more convenient so I decided to go ahead and drive through. The 2 kids (They are probably not kids, but I'm old so they looked like kids to me.) were so nice! The boy saw that my son was in his Scout uniform and asked what troop he was in. They talked a minute about Scouts. The boy working was an Eagle Scout. The girl working was so sweet and helpful with the gift cards I was purchasing. (I needed a few for teacher gifts.) It was so nice to see helpful, smiling faces!
This is the most convenient Dunkin to me and sadly I have made my last trip this this location after this mornings experience. I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes to make my order. I was told I needed to come inside because I ordered 5 coffees and I would hold up the line. I agreed to come in and was told my order would be started. I waited another 10 minutes for the line to move so I could even get out of the drive thru park and go in. I went in and they rung me up, not even starting my order yet. Then the employees proceed to talk behind the counter, while I stood right there, about why anyone would have such an order. They finally started making the drinks and they give me 5 without a cup holder. Obviously I was alone and unable to carry 5. I had to ask for a drink carrier. I have been going to this dunks for years and never been so unhappy with my service. I will spend my money elsewhere.
