Worst experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin. The manager was so rude. We went in to skip the long line so we could get our things faster. Every staff member did not acknowledge us for 10 minutes. As soon as he took our order, he took my wife’s and then when it was my turn he walked away! This is completely unacceptable. I will never go back to this Dunkin location. You don’t treat your customers like animals. This location needs a clean house. We just went to Starbucks and they got us right, and treat us like humans.

Drive thru took 20+ minutes. 3 cars left from the line while I was waiting there too. Customer service was horrible the person I was ordering from from the menu yelled at me “I said stop” never said thank you or have a good day or anything customer friendly and I waited at the window for my food as well as to pay for 5 minutes. The worker spoke very rudely while he was handing me my change back as well.

Terrible and incompetent service, probably will have to turn around everytime to get your order corrected

what a bad service I was, there are 10 minutes in front for them to attend me and nobody attended me, only the workers looked at me

When I asked for cream cheese with my bagel I didn’t mean a bagel with my cream cheese…

Night shift is horrible they take too long always a fkn grumpy n shi and never do the coffee how you ask for !!!!! New crew plz

This Dunkin' always gets your order right. Drinks are made well, food is fresh, and the line moves quickly. The staff is friendly - and the management team is incredibly outgoing.

I've been coming to this location for a year now always great service nice peopleTill today rude gave me a bagel with no cream cheese then when I asked for more they were rude like it was a big joke with the other employeesMessing with people's food is serious I'm never coming back sorry for all the nice people

Friendly staff and the avocado toast was good.

I called ahead to order a dozen donuts. When I arrived, Jason greeted me with a smile and good morning. My donuts were ready and I went to pay but realized I didn't have enough on my gift card that I walked in with. I said I'd run out to my car but to my surprise Jason said it was okay. He pulled out his wallet and paid the rest for me. I am speechless and moved by his actions. I hope his manager and his parents see this because they have a great guy at work and home! Thanks again Jason!
