Poor service other than one guy with long hair. He seems to be the only person there with any urgency to get people served. Waited 10 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches and the girl screwed up the order. She was slow and more interested in giggling with another slow uninterested employee.
Messed up my order.... I asked for a iced coffee with less ice.... Someone put a big chunk of ice in my cup...I took the ice block out only to find I now had 75% of coffee in my cup. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!!!! This was a otg order.
Horrible experience here. Horrible manager very rude! Employees agree! What was a happy morning ruined me and my kids day! Don’t go here!
They messed up my order horribly. I ordered an iced coffee and they gave me a hot one which has some mysterious pink markings on the side. Disgusting!!
Former employee here. Owner forces employees to do fake good reviews to "balance the bad ones". Illegally refuses to give disabled employees breaks. Employees use regular coffee when they don't want to use decaf. Owner tried to fire a disabled employee for not coming into work (for being at the doctor) and I know three previous workers who passed out on the job. Fired female employee for wearing makeup and another one for being in the hospital after a car accident. Wouldn't give a worker with insomnia the night shift because it was "too easy". Refuses to train the new hires and then gets mad at them for not doing their job fast and good enough. Employees have walked out mid-shift after arguing with the owner.
They used to be great but lately they can't get an order right at all. How hard is it to put egg, bacon and cheese on a plain bagel and 2 egg and cheese croissants? Instead we've been over charged for the bagel and gotten 3 croissants. If it was once, it wouldn't be a big deal, but it's been multiple times. Honestly, I'm just not going to go there anymore.
I've been frequenting this location for several years now. I started going because it was close to work, but I've kept going there because everyone there is so nice and the drinks/food are delicious. It's always a highlight of my day.
I am not sure what is going on with this location but in the past week I have had multiple bad experiences, but today I will share.I walked into the store front today and ordered two coffees and ask for one dark roast in which I ordered the day before. The young woman replied "What!, dark roast, what is that?" To which I replied "Its coffee and I just ordered it yesterday." I decided to just tell her to give me their regular and proceed with my order that included muffin, non toasted bagels with cream cheese, and three breakfast sandwiches. I spent over $27 on breakfast. When I get home I see that one of my sandwiches are burnt and one bagel is toasted. So I called and spoke to the manager Jose and after telling him what happened and that my sandwich was burnt he replied and said "We never get complaints, but I will take it back. Next time have pictures." I responded telling him " I didn't eat it and I have pics and I will bring it back for a coupon because I am not coming back to your location"What annoys me the most is that on another morning I had a big order I got the same foolishness and his response was the same..he replied that time telling me that the staff were good people and never had any complaints.For month I have not only come to this location but purchased drinks for others in the drive through and praised staff for being courteous. I believe that when you get good service you should hear about it just like the bad. I will not be returning to this location!
Very clean Dunkin’ Donuts run well by the owner. There is usually a large variety of donuts available hot, fresh and tasty. Friendly staff who work rapidly to get the orders done. Recommend
I'm only giving it this rating because some days are better then others. Today I got a partial messed up order, on top of that it wasn't even worth it, so two wrongs in one swing. Hope they work on their team and get them in line with efficient and effective.
