It sucks!I ordered a pizza and side said estimated arrival for 30 minutes after almost an hour of hearing nothing I called multiple times only to receive a pre-recorded closed message. After calling for 15 minutes straight I give up and wait. Order never came and after another 20 minutes the order was cancelled with no communication at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!
For the past 4 months of ordering here and living not even a mile away and I’ve had only issues it shouldn’t take 2 hours before my pizza is delivered. I did carry out and why would you tell me my foods ready when I have to wait 15 minutes when I get there... thats not ready is it? DO NOT GO HERE
Although I ordered online for delivery, the nice manager called and said delivery was done for the night because they were short staffed. Thanks for calling and letting me know. I have had other places never call and I find out after an hour of not getting my pizza. I had no problem picking my order up and commend the manager for great communication.
The girl named amber claimed to be a “general manger” she was the rudest, I ordered online and called in to ask if I could just get garlic park on the crust she started yelling at me! Saying NO!!!! and this is why she doesn’t answer the phone, like what? Why do you work here with that attitude and tell customers no. and that it will take 30 mins to make and cancel my order. When my husband drove up there because we ordered for curbside pickup it took her over an 1 hour to find out I had to re-order it. And she still was yelling and making excuses. She needs to be FIRED ASAP!!!!! I never experienced this amount of bad customer service in my life.
Amber is the woman who always brings our food to us and I could not be more I pressed with her customer service and overall amazing attitude! She is so sweet and always takes the time to have a conversation with myself and my daughter in the back. She is simply the best and I genuinely appreciate her making dinner easier some nights!!
Should have said something when I was there…carry out order placed online: dude removed the coupon I used online and charged me full menu price for the order when I arrived. He wouldn’t give me a receipt, no receipt stuck to the box. The total was like six or seven bucks more expensive than what I was originally offered online. So a dominos employee pretty much stole from me to get a bigger tip.I should have said something. Next time I’ll go to a local restaurant that doesn’t just pick up anybody to work for a few months and then slide out unnoticed, because that’s how you get thieves.
You'll be lucky if your food shows up within an hour of your promised time if at all. We ordered on a Wednesday, the app claims it was delivered but the driver never came by our house. We sat on hold for 12 minutes until their phone system crashed or they hung up on everyone. Called back and sat on hold for another 10+ mins... never got anyone.This is par for the course for delivery from this location. We tried to give benefit of the doubt given our last or s error was on a Weds.
On May 1 at 3:30 PM I ordered a specialty spinach Alfredo pizza flatbread with a regular cheese pizza also chicken wings my whole entire order was wrong, not only that but the chicken wings was spoil my son was in the hospital for food poisoning due to the chicken wings,I suggest that no one orders from this store because when I called the manager Mike said oh I’m sorry then he looked up to see if my name was in the computer he going tell me no he did not see my name in the computer,I did not order the pizza from him he says and we did we ordered a pizza from meHe’s lacking in help the lady was overwhelmed almost in tears when I called, To explain the problem, she said that I would not receive a order for two hours because there was nobody else there but her and she was making pizzas taking orders over the phone or so she was putting out deliveries she only had two delivery guys and she just was upset because she didn’t have any help.What type of business is this they selling poisonous food and don’t care about their customers
Driver highly unprofessional. Delivery late by an hour and forgot to deliver half the order. When requesting a refund driver called back and shouted was trying to ruin their job??Advice to try to call and order from another branch. Highly worth the effort to miss the drama.
I regret not reading the reviews below for delivery times. I tipped the usual 18%, ordered a salad 20 minutes away, and it took 2 hours 30 minutes to arrive. When you call the restaurant to check, they would just tell you it is normal, then hang off as if you are wasting their time.Of course it is normal! For this location that is if you read the reviews, the tardiness has been going on for months, so that it has already become part of their culture.
