I've been a faithful patron for 42 years to this location. Today I waited in drive through only lane for 25 minutes to barely get halfway around the building for a blizzard that costs $1.50 more..... and left after waiting 25 minutes. The dining room is the only one that's closed in the city and the drive through is slower than molasses. Wendy's moves the line and is way cheaper......-I'm no longer a fan of dq-
Don’t ask for a large meal they won’t give you large fries but charge for them…
Unfortunately a bunch of teenagers who don’t care about their job work here. Every time I go my blizzard is half way made. Only toppings on the top half of blizzard. Ordered a New York cheesecake blizzard and there was very very little strawberry & cheesecake pieces. Like I found 3 cheesecake pieces and 2 strawberries.
Do NOT go here the staff is rude and disrespectful. This location needs to close and Ill be filing a report with the BBB and attorney general about the conditions here. Skip the ice cream its not worth it at all
Great dessert ? after dinner. Dining room is closed ???? But Drive thru was hoping.
Poor quality, poor presentation, homemade signs in front window saying lobby is closed, signs break, pot holes in drive through not fixed, blizzards are the worst quality I’ve ever tasted at any Dairy Queen. Skip the trip or try another location.
Live nearby and gotten ice cream and food many times for myself and grandkids. On two recent visits for ice cream, was VERY disappointed with product and service. 3 or 4 young folks were working and didn’t appear to have any idea what they were doing. Left off item from our order and made blizzards that were 2/3 of the normal amount and were almost liquid in consistency. They don’t know how to operate the machine or don’t have the correct temperature.
Got raw tenders…..And sat in a wrapped drive thru….No one had gloves on neither so sad
Scanner not working so I had to pay for my free items. Not happy at all. No one is wearing any uniforms. Looks like a bunch of kids just hanging out!
i didnt know what type of blizzard to get so the employee made me one that wasn't even on the menu and it was delicious af. thank you queen
