The cashier Persia is not customer service friendly at all. Cindy is awesome 5 stars for her. Unfortunately i wont be returning because of Persia attitude
Absolutely horrible service! Tried to place a catering order and spoke to a counter person about the catering menu and looked at several products. She told me I had to order 24 hr. In advance.The next morning when they opened I called several times and after 20 minutes someone finally picked up. They told me to order 48 hrs.in advance and to order on line! I didn't have 48hrs!! Only 24 hrs.!! They would not take the order. I called the 3rd party order and took my order and couldn't reach the Roswell location because they wouldn't answer the phone. After 6 hrs. still no order confirmation. Even Chicken Salad Chick Corporate couldn't get the location to answer the phone! Amazing!!! They obviously don't want any business.
I’m contacting because I would like to complain. On June 15th I ordered at 7:23 my order number was: Order # 10575338469703681. I ordered cranberry kelli on a croissant and when I arrived I was told there wasn’t any croissants which was fine. So I just ordered a scoop. I also ordered chicken dumpling soup. I was told they don’t sell that at this particular location which is also fine. So I asked for loaded potato soup WITHOUT bacon. I received the food and the soup has bacon which I’m allergic too. Only found out because I had started to eat it and there wasn’t any crackers packed in my meal nor the little complimentary cookie I also asked for an Arnold Palmer with Minute Maid light and I saw the employee make my drink with regular Minute Maid. I didn’t say anything because at that point I was highly dissatisfied with the customer service/ tone of voice from the cashier when she kept responding to me.
I hadn't eaten there in a while, but today their chicken salad on a croissant was delicious!!My server was Kimberly and she was kind, smiling and entered my order quickly. Thank you Kimberly!!
Location has gone downhill. Always very stingy on the chicken salad, and always have to order an extra side of fruit if we want it in the fancy nancy. Today however they had no fancy nancy ready at all. Left getting a refund and driving to East Cobb
First time here the today and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was super sweet and helpful. Wish it was closer to my house.
I would love to give 5 stars, but I am pretty upset right now. I ordered food including a drink and confirmed my order. Well my order gets here in a timely manner, but where is my drink? I tried stopping the person that brought my food and he completely ignored me. So I have tried calling the store 7 times already and no one will answer. Now I am pregnant so my emotions are very high right now, but I am just trying to find out what happened with that. Like either I want a refund or I want what I paid for.
Best place to go! I always enjoy coming here while I’m in town visiting family. ❤️❤️
This location seems to have gone downhill. I picked up dinner tonight for me and my partner and got home to find that my croissant was soaked in pickle juice, my partner’s side dish was completely wrong, and they were stingy with the chicken salad inside our croissants. There was also only one grape in my partner’s Fancy Nancy salad.
Tonight I went to grab some dinner at CSC and when I went back out to my car it wouldn’t start. After my husband got there I went back inside to ask if I could leave my car parked until I could get it towed (there were some odd dashboard things happening so I didn’t think it was my battery). A young man who works there named Steven insisted on coming to check it out and then have my car a jump, which allowed me to get my car home. We love the food, but you can’t beat that service. Thank you, Steven!
