Whenever I order anything from CFA from DoorDash or UberEats, they always forget to pack something. One time I ordered a salad and of course salad dressing and they didn’t put any salad dressing. So then I had to drive up there and wait in line to just get salad dressing, and I didn’t even receive an apology. They’ve forgotten my drink before and also other things. I think I will quit ordering from them for delivery/UberEats/DoorDash.
This place was awful today. 10 people behind the counter and no one waited on us in 10 minutes. We didn’t get spoons for the kids to eat their ice cream. These people are clueless on how to run a proper restaurant.
I like this one if you are ever up in the area. I needed to add to my order infe I arrived at the pickup window and they were really nice about it and then didn't even charge me for the other order. That was really nice of them.
Such a good location, so poorly managed. The last 3x I’ve been there, they’ve messed up my order. I assumed everything was correct this time since it looked to be the case on the surface, and I felt a container that was supposed to be mac and cheese at the bottom. My mistake for assuming. It was grilled chicken nuggets. I was looking forward to y’all’s delicious Mac :/ I’m just gonna go to Arbys or McDonalds on that corner from now on.
This place was awful before it was rebuilt and it’s still awful. I visited this place the other day and it’s even worse. There’s no structure, the place is not clean, being new it should be as clean as the one in North Point which is also new. I ordered two Cobb salads and asked for chicken strips on one and chopped chicken on the other well as you know they got it wrong. I asked them to correct the order and the person behind the counter was cocky about replacing my order and when he did he tossed the salad on the counter and left. I was angry and decided it’s not worth a scene so I left and decided to use Google to express my feelings toward this fiasco of a place ?
this chick fil a sucks. almost every time i come the fries are either soggy or burnt. today i visited and had a very simple three item order, fries, mac and cheese, drink. i asked for poly sauce and extra salt and pepper. it wasnt until i got back to work and pulled out my food that i realized they didnt give me my salt and pepper, poly sauce nor a straw and spoon. this location seems to be ran by teenagers who really dont care about youre order or customer service. i wont be back.

Been coming here for a while since I moved to Roswell but I’m done with this one. I love Chick-fil-A but this location has gotten my order wrong probably over half the time and ai have been coming here pretty frequently for over a year. Happened again today and it was the last straw. I have no problem driving a bit more for better service, I’m sure most people will feel the same.
The director Robert as well as his worker were so nasty to me Robert refuse to give me my food that I paid for, then snatched my receipt out of my hand. All because the young lady got slick with me and I told her I don’t play with kids. I never cursed, got loud but this won’t be the last because I’m taking this all the way to corporate that they are nasty if your black but if your white you will receive over the top customer service
