Came in for lunch and Andie was just all around amazing!! I will be back and will be asking for her every time!! I suggest everyone else does the same bc she’s amazing! Very attentive, personal and made sure I had the best experience there ever! The margaritas are amazing also!! I give Ceviche 5 stars because of the margaritas and most of all because of Andie! Go see her you won’t be disappointed one bit!
Gave our info for a party of three to the hostess to add to the waitlist only to observe A NUMBER of people who did so after us get seated first. The hostess could/would not explain why we were being delayed. Although we were appropriately dressed, the reason became very obvious to us as to why we were being pushed to the back of the list, so we left. I was so upset that I scheduled a meeting with management a week later to express my disappointment but when I arrived the owner, who was present, would not speak with me. However, I’ve continue to share my story since that time and feel very confident that I have made an impact on those who, because of it, do not go there anymore and to others that would have considered doing so, now will not. The date was actually in 2019 but it still leaves a bad taste from a meal not consumed.

This is a really good restaurant in downtown Roswell. I give it 5 stars because the food has always been good. The service could but a little better. BUT I do always seem to go when it’s really busy.I just say they could because sometimes I don’t see my waiter for 10 minutes which is a long time.But besides that I go for the great food and atmosphere. The restaurant is clean and easy to get to from a parking lot.
I had Lo as a bartender and she was so sweet. My drinks were perfect cause I told her I didn’t want them too strong. Plus she called me baby which who doesn’t love that? 10/10 would recommend
We love everyone here! Jennifer was beyond outstanding tonight! The food is amazing. The super taco is the best deal in Roswell and the shrimp poblano soup is heavenly. Please visit soon and often.
This place is my go to for Fri. night take-out!! The fajitas are the best in Atlanta hands down. And the bar staff & wait staff are amazing!Mary Carter is my fav bartender on Canton St.!You need to go see her. Southern hospitality at its best.
Love Ceviche in Roswell and especially my favorite bartender Lo(Lauren Burris). She is so friendly, very tentative, and a true pleasure. Looking forward to my next visit!
I came to Ceviche with boyfriend! We loved the new pastor tacos! Our sever Nicki recommend them to us with the chili árbol salsa! She was truly the best and patient with us! We loved the service! One of our new favorite restaurants in Downtown Roswell!
