We came here on a recommendation of a friend. It's one of those healthy food places that I actually like to avoid. BUT! It was actually really good. I got the lamb wrap. This thing was tasty from start to finish. The lamb, I thought, tasted really good. My 13 year old son got the chicken wrap and he loved it. Has a Med kind of taste to it. My other son got the same thing but in a bowl, which was gluten free. He is never happy and he said he really liked it. They don't have Coke *gasp but they do have their own products that are pretty good. Kind of in the high end of what it's worth I think. But that seems to be the new norm. The staff was busy and fast. We will visit again.
One of my favorite places! I have a milk allergy and I love how transparent this company is with posting allergens. It’s shocking the amount of restaurants won’t offer an allergen menu other than gluten free. It’s always a gamble when I eat out but this place gives me peace of mind. Staff is always friendly and the food is always incredible. I eat here about 2-3 times a week and I recommend it to all my friends.
I went to Cava on a monday night and it was terrible. I have never seen a restaurant so poorly managed as this one. there were 6-7 employees just standing around while one was doing all the work. there was a line out of door because everyone was just standing around. Then when i finally got to the spot to order the employees looked like they had no idea what they were doing. Just completely lost!! i had to correct them several times on the items they were putting into the bowl according to the menu. More than half of the ingredients were just empty on the line. Then we had to wait for the kitchen to make more items to put in the empty spots. What a disaster. Not worth it for the way overpriced bowls.
I've been here several times and the staff are working soo hard to satisfy the customers. They work as fast as they can while filling orders that come in online, through the app, and from customers in line. While they have run out of some ingredients when I went there and the app couldn't keep up with ingredient shortage, I'm confident that these are just kinks that they will figure out and it didn't stop me from going back a few days later because the salad and wraps are soo good. Fresh ingredients, delicious flavors.
The food is so good and the staff is great! We had a huge order and they were quite busy. They were quick to check in with us and keep us updated as they made it and caught up with orders. Even with all that, they still got our not-simple order (we have fussy people in our family) completely correct!
Food is amazing.Operations are terrible. You could do an online order, and arrive an hour later and it still won't be there waiting for you. This has happened enough times that its a consistent problem. You could literally spend 30 minutes waiting for your order here, even if you did an online order hours in advance.
Do not order from the Woodstock location. I ordered delivery and half the items in my bowl were missing plus they didn’t peel my avocado. Just thew it in the bowl with the rind on. The one in Alpharetta is much better.
So, I normally eat here a few times a week and I have noticed a few things: the team here works exceptionally hard, and they are doing it with few team members. The food is very great sometimes it does take a minute but when you see 4 ppl doing the work of eight its worth the wait and it's delicious I've have had cava while I was living in NC and it's the same. The staff try to go above and beyond during the experiences that I've had. Also seen a lot of new faces during my visits and saw that these new ppl had one thing in common, cars. The staff for my business takes public transit and I have quality staff. But what troubles me is that this restaurant can't get the same quality people beyond what they have. However the underlying issue is that the eateries and restaurants in this particular area can't be staffed bc the residents are so worried about "crime" and "exclusivity" that these restaurants can't hire. So long and short don't be surprised when your favorite restaurant and eateries aren't open when you need it, especially if you are unwilling to make the area accessible for QSP to work there. But Cava Roswell you're doing great and hope that you keep doing so.
Every time I have gone, the food has been amazing. So why the 3 stars? More than half the time, my online order isn't ready at the specified time. Sometimes it has come 30 minutes late! The employees are working hard, but there simply haven't been enough people hired. Big management problem that affects the customer.
Food is good. Sadly getting food here is not worth it. I’ve been twice, both times around 11:30 am. Both times had to wait in line 20+ minutes. Ordered the Greek salad both times. First time they informed me, after my salad was finished, that they were out of the Greek dressing. Huh? You have 8 menu items and one of them is a Greek salad. I got a different dressing and went on my way. Second time they informed me that they were out of grilled chicken. Huh? Out of grilled chicken at noon? I said thanks and just left with nothing. And as far as online orders go. Today after waiting 20+ minutes to get to the front of the line I watched them make around 6 online orders before even acknowledging me. Just let me stand there. I watched from the front of the line as these 6 online order people all walked in and picked up their food. And after all that you tell me you are out of chicken? I wonder how it makes sense to even offer online orders when you clearly can’t handle the walk-in traffic?
