I have lived in area now 10+ years. This Burger-king was not just terrible but incompetent…. Up till I tried them a month back. And now again. Total change. Food good. Order correct and staff were pleasant. Nice to see such a great change.
Best Burger King experience I have ever had! Ordered the impossible whopper combo.
It's tough to beat a whopper, but you have to wait so long for it. Service is friendly, but slow. I think they're just short staffed. I see their help wanted signs, and their part is lower than other places... It might be part of the problem.
Slow and got my order wrong.I stilled enjoyed eating what they gave me. I may stop in again. The little man gets hosed every day. I'm use to it and that is a shame. America, where is she going!? ☆
Our so called big chicken sandwich was raw in the middle and big fish sandwich there was NOTHING big about it. It was hard, more fried then fish. Lunch for hard working men and woman today was a joke and not worth the money
Better food and service than McDonald's. That's a low bar but here we are.
Refuses to serve me as my card declined and I had a fraud alert with my bank. I stepped out of line for 15 seconds to answer the prompt on my messages from my bank. I asked the guy can I pay for my food now since it was already bagged and on the counter. He looked me in my face and said you can get back in line. Now the line was a 30 minute wait. I asked why and he said all these other people are waiting and I said I too waited the long line. The line was full of white people and he looked at me and smiled and said you should be used to waiting. Told me to get at the end of the line so now it’s my turn again and he told me I can leave. I was here on this date at 2:55pm. I never felt so humiliated and the woman in front even offered to give me her position in line. I will never ever eat here again
No effort whatsoever they when they made the food they didn’t do it like it supposed to be down I told Them the sweet tea was still they gave me another drink with Than persistent whisper about me Not taking people can hear them I don’t know if corporate read or the managers but You might want to retrain yourself and go over certain basic guidelines with them I’ve worked for a Burger King before and I nova customer services and that’s not what I got today
Eh, what can you say, it's Burger King, the lowest totem on the fast food pole. Food is cheap & edible, if not good. This location is understaffed, like everywhere else these days, but service is prompt & polite. Kudos to the staff at this BK for making it work during this tough time!
